The pretty girl - purple/pink was my favorite. The peach/green surprised me too. After seeing it worked up, I would consider working with it. Thank you for these videos, it really helps.
I love the pretty girl first and then I love the peaches. I agree I don't ever make a baby blanket with big holes or lacey in case the little fingers get caught up in them when the mother's wrapping them😊
Happy New Year. I’m not usually a bright colored yarn fan but I loved the Primary Dot yarn. Great job Cody. Thanks Glenda and Cody for being such an inspiration. I do admit the shopping videos what first brought me to the channel but your variety of projects and the fun you and Cody have together, makes me feel like part of the family. Sending love prayers and hugs 🤗
Good afternoon Glenda and Cody I cannot wait to see and hear what you think about Burnett baby blanket yarn swatches? I am not a big fan of bulky yarn only because I have small hands and a little arthritis in my hands so it's a little difficult for me to work with it beautiful yarn! The orange and peach is my number one favorite but the purple and pink is my second favorite butt I am not a big fan of the bulky weight other than the fact that I have difficulties with my hand I don't like big heavy things on me because I get hot really fast so I like the lighter yarns! I do really enjoy watching your yarn Swatch videos so thank you Glenda and Cody
I am doing the Bernat Blanket “Sparkle” in clay brick in the Moss Stitch and it’s a pleasure to work with that’s why I enjoyed looking at the stitched you did Cody! I still consider myself a beginner too. It’s only my second blanket. FYI…..I found out from the Yarnspirations tutorials that Bernat Blanket and Bernat Baby are exactly the same yarns. Thanks Glenda and Cody!
Just had to send this comment 😂 I'm 66yrs young, unfortunately not a grandma. Am a mom. Of 1 son, deceased.😢 I love watching your videos, very educational, fun, ❤ warming! Was raised by my grandma❤ My great grandma, Emily, taught me to crochet and knit one, pearl too.😊 Kept dropping stitches knitting, lol. So... Been crocheting 55+ yrs, happily😊😊. Just so you know, Cody. Always remember how very blessed you are to have your grandma🎉❤. The peach and green yarn, when I first saw it in the sample, was " reminds me of CHOCKS chewable vitamins" when I was little! Omg!😂 The muted colors brought that to mind. Glenda, my mom's younger sister, was my Aunt Glenda, passed 2019,😢, she raised me too. Glenda is not a common name "nowadays." 😂🎉 Neither, is that word. Lol. You both, bring many smiles, warm fuzzy feelings, congrats Cody, for learning the art of crochet. Still happily crocheting, despite my knotted fingers with arthritis. The pleasure, joy, creativeness out ways the pain. God Bless . Ms. Roseanna ❤ in Missouri.
I really like the peach and green yarn, worked up surprisingly pretty. I have some of these yarns in my stash. We are expecting some cold, cold weather in the next few days. (Mississippi) I have a pattern for a one hour cowl using this yarn. Gonna swap wips so I can make one tomorrow ❣️ Thank you Cody and Glenda 🎉
Hi Glenda and Cody. I like using that yarn. It's hard to pick a definite favorite. The multi colored polka dots one is the bottom of them all. I think the green one may be my favorite though. Thanks and take care.
Thank you, thank you Cody and Glenda for today’s swatch samples using Bernat Blanket yarn. I love making blankets with this yarn and appreciate the suggested stitches. I usually use a size 11.5 mm or 12.0 mm hook for a soft drape and a combination stitch using single and double crochet. I think my favorite today is Pretty Girl with the Primary Dots a close second. Happy New Year!
I'm going with the green and peach sample as my first choice although I have to say I never would have purchased it looking at the skein. Thankyou both for doing these yarn swatch videos. Happy New Year!
My opinion. I loved the Posey Purple (the blue color looks like periwinkle, my favorite color blue) and Pretty Girl are my favorites. The Primary Dot looks like confetti, party time. Lol! Mini Succulents colorway is a hot mess on skein but works up nicely. I really appreciate your yarn swatches videos with different stitch patterns. They let me see how the yarns look worked up. Thank you so much! 😊
I liking the Mini Succulents, I like how the pattern worked up. And the Pretty Girl color was really pretty. That was hard, they are all pretty, I could see the 1st green one worked up for a little boy, were they love dinosaurs, the color is fitting for that. Great Job Cody!! Thanks for sharing, Blessings 💕
I love the idea of that primary speckles yarn used in 5 different stitches, that would be a fun video! I find when I work with the thicker yarns that I usually use a larger hook than suggested, to make the fabric less stiff and improve the drape. In fact, that might make a good part of a video - same yarn and stitch, but different hook size, to see the effect on the finished fabric.
I am really surprised by the peaches and greens. They are all pretty, I have never been drawn to these thick yarns (I live in Louisiana) I think they would be too warm for here. Thank you for sharing. Have a great 2025!
Purple and Pink first choice and Peach and Green second just like Grandma. Love the yarn swatch videos. They get me inspired to try new yarns and colors I would not think to crochet. Also I like the stitches that Cody picks and really like his granny square swatches. Thanks from Ponchatoula, Louisiana
I love the peachy one so much. Looking forward to seeing the primary dots in different stitches. That color way is so busy and fun. Cody, you have done a wonderful job as always. (P.s.we blew our party poppers for you when we heard about your blanket being in the advert. Congratulations Cody! 🎉)
I am not a fan of multi color yarns but I like the colors of these Bernat yarns. I like the green swatch the best. I am that person who would have to cut each color so it made sense to me. Thank You for the video Glenda and Cody.
I love Bernat blanket yarn. I used it to make my first blanket. I also use it a lot for my amigarumi animals. My favorite is the pink and purple., thank you so much for the swatches. I enjoyed this video as usual.
My favorites are Pretty Girl and Primary Dot. For these super bulky yarns I like the Suzette and the Mesh stitch. Wishing you both the very best in 2025🎉
I’m a big fan and would like to add my .02c in case it can help someone. Hooked by Robin has a tutorial using this type of fuzzy thick yarn that is simply a half double crochet but she said you can just go in the spaces since the stitches are so hard to see and it’s been working well for me. The pretty girl swatch is my favorite and thank you for another great swatch video! ❤

I love the succulent yarn with peaches and greens!
I use this blanket yarn a lot and I really like it. I am in love with bigger yarn. Love these videos.
The pretty girl - purple/pink was my favorite.
The peach/green surprised me too. After seeing it worked up, I would consider working with it. Thank you for these videos, it really helps.
I remember when you started this series. I’ve loved everyone. Thank you Cody and Glenda for doing them. 🎉
I love the last one, the single crochet stitch is so gorgeous and really shows off the colors. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I LOVE your swatch videos. It's so nice to see how yarn works up.
I love the pretty girl first and then I love the peaches. I agree I don't ever make a baby blanket with big holes or lacey in case the little fingers get caught up in them when the mother's wrapping them😊
Me either. Little fingers n toes.
Happy New Year. I’m not usually a bright colored yarn fan but I loved the Primary Dot yarn. Great job Cody. Thanks Glenda and Cody for being such an inspiration. Love the peach and green
I loved them all...✨️❣️✨️
Thank you Glenda and Cody for the demos. I thought the "mini succulent and pretty girl" looked amazing!!😊
I love the primary dot!
me too :)
Thank y’all for the stitch in the larger yarn
Mini succulent and pretty girl! I worked with this yarn as a beginner and had no problems 😊😊
Same here, no problems whatsoever.
The peach and mint is my favorite and half double crochet is my favorite go-to stitch. Thanks for doing all these samples, Cody!
My daughter really likes working with this yarn. I believe this might be her go too. And all the color choices are good. 🥳
I really like the green dot, your first sample..
I crochet large animals with that solid color yarn all the time. Love it 😍
I made one with this yarn for my grandson and it's his favorite to sleep with he dearly loves it.
I love this yarn. I can make up a baby blanket so quickly and the new moms love them.

Again, good job Cosy. They are all really cute, but I think the pink and purple might be my favorite.
I liked the pink and purple. Also, loved the peaches and greens surprisingly!
I was leaning towards the peach and greens but then I saw the princess one and I fell in love.
I am doing the Bernat Blanket “Sparkle” in clay brick in the Moss Stitch and it’s a pleasure to work with that’s why I enjoyed looking at the stitched you did Cody! Pink & purple, orange greens like the finished effects
I really like the peach and green yarn, worked up surprisingly pretty. I have some of these yarns in my stash. We are expecting some cold, cold weather in the next few days. (Mississippi)

Pink and purple😊
I am obsessed with BERNAT Blanket yarn! And I love the confetti yarn because it reminds me of New Years! 🎉🎉🎉
❤
Love them all, but the last one is my favorite
I really like that primary colored one!
I love the pink and purple one as well, very pretty. Good job Cody and thank you for sharing 😊
I like the primary colors, no color pooling. If I was to buy a few steins for a blanket it would be the primary colors.
I really love the mini succulents so beautiful worked up.
❤
Can't decide between the pretty girl and the succulent. They are both very pretty. ❤Thank you Cody and Glenda for sharing these with us. ❤
The swatches all worked up very pretty, I like the first and second swatches the best, the green and the blue.
Hi Glenda and Cody. I like using that yarn. It's hard to pick a definite favorite. The multi colored polka dots one is the bottom of them all. I think the green one may be my favorite though.
Thanks and take care.
I like the peach

I made a baby blanket with the pink and purple for my great niece. It turned out beautifully and the nurses were amazed at how soft it was.
Pink and purple 💜 💕. Enjoy watching Cody's interaction with the yarn.
Red white yellow blu dots!
The primary color one would make a perfect afghan for a young child❤
I like the purple and pink best

I was surprise with the Colors! Dotted and girlie one!
I love the pink and purple. The confetti looking one is a second.
I love your swatch videos! I would never pick up these Bernat blanket yarns. Now that I’ve seen them, I just might grab some. ❤❤❤❤
Can not decide! Nice job.
I am really surprised by the peaches and greens. They are all pretty, I have never been drawn to these thick yarns (I live in Louisiana) I think they would be too warm for here. Thank you for sharing. Have a great 2025!
We were too! Thanks for watching! :)

Thanks from Ponchatoula, Louisiana
I like them all and have made several afghans and baby blankets with this yarn and all turned out really nice.
Hi. Nice swatches. I prefer the purple and the peache colors. Anyway not my yarn, to expensive. ❤
The last one…vibrant multi colored🤗
I love the peachy one so much. Looking forward to seeing the primary dots in different stitches. That color way is so busy and fun. Cody, you have done a wonderful job as always. (P.s.we blew our party poppers for you when we heard about your blanket being in the advert. Congratulations Cody! 🎉)
Thank you!!!! :) those lil confetti poppers are hard to clean up
Primary Dot reminds me of a Wonder Bread wrapper. I like the Dino Dots for a boy and pretty girl for a girl
haha!!! you are so right!
My favorite is the succulent
I love the succulents color. That one is my #1 absolute favorite color from this video!
I love that peach color.
I like the peachy bluey one best! And I'm not a peachy person, either, Grandma! Great swatches, Cody!
I liked the teal/yellow and the pink/purple. Pattern they created is awesome.
I am not a fan of multi color yarns but I like the colors of these Bernat yarns. I like the green swatch the best. I am that person who would have to cut each color so it made sense to me. Thank You for the video Glenda and Cody.

I like them all they’re real pretty colors
My favorites are Pretty Girl and Primary Dot. For these super bulky yarns I like the Suzette and the Mesh stitch. Wishing you both the very best in 2025🎉
I absolutely love this yarn for amigurumi. I used to only use worsted weight but i was surprised how quickly the Bernat Blanket grew on me.
I’m a big fan and would like to add my .02c in case it can help someone. Hooked by Robin has a tutorial using this type of fuzzy thick yarn that is simply a half double crochet but she said you can just go in the spaces since the stitches are so hard to see and it’s been working well for me. I like the green one and the pink and purple one👍👍❤️❤️
Hi Grandma and Cody, I have been using Bernat blanket yarn for years. I use all colors, adult colors and baby colors. Family loves them.
