Sure thing. If you have a capo you could mount it on the first fret.
Then you would have these four chords to play along: Em - G - D - A :)

Don't force it! Some learn quicker than others but the key is to always keep pushing :) I think you can do it, just put some more time into it... The most efficient way how I learn songs is to split them up and learn it step by step. Don't forget that you revisit everything you've learned when you sleep! So keep at it and watch yourself getting closer to your goal every day :)
I find it a little bit hard to play for the verses and chorus , i don't know all note yet , i started playing recently but in 5 minutes i could learn the intro, maybe you could show some point on the uke for the note to help people understand, that is just some advice other than that really nice tutorial ! And a really nice voice when you sing . Have a god day

You might think they are. You probably just have to get used to the finger positions! I remember thinking I will never get the intro to under the bridge because my finger were too short^^ And here I am ☺

For the first chord you said first string 6th fret and second string 6th fret but they're both on the fifth in the video.

how have you tuned your ukulele? as the chords on mine don't sound the same as yours? I have the basic GCEA tuning on mine
Does it sound different? I think I tuned my uke before recording. This song is played in the GCEA tuning. For reference points hold onto the original song!
I can play this song now... but there's nothing on the 6th fret in the fm cord right? lil mistake there
That's awesome! Yeah I re-watched it now, that was my mistake! The pinky is on the 5th fret second string^^
That's why I always show how I play the chords, otherwise people would learn the wrong shapes xD

Maybe keep an eye on your thumb that has to press against the neck the uke! Play a bit around and see if the position fits. Everything's practice! But I wish somebody had told me about the thumb when I was struggling 😉

Im having trouble with the strum what is it with the chuck?
First of you have to get the strumming motion going and then you can think about the chuck.
Try to feel it. It's just weird at first but you'll get the hang of it :)

Don't get discouraged by that. Try to slow it down and play that riff every day like for 10 minutes or so. It doesn't have to be a time intensive practice! You'll see that you will get better every time :)

Don't focus too much on a strumming pattern. Try different things and see what sounds best to you. That way your cover of this song will be unique 😊☝🏼

My grandpa has been playing his guitar his entire life and my ukulele is out of tune and I can't tune it ;-;
There are videos on yt where you can tune your uke right along to the video! I always use it when I visit my parents and play with their guitar^^

What's a tuning???
Think of it as a setting on every guitar string! There are many tunings for string instruments and they can produce different sounds. Usually I play songs in the standard tuning though.

+Gabriell 451 Be patient! Remember you don't have to do it at my speed level right away. Start slowly and practice the chord chances. Then crank it up a notch. (A metronome is pretty helpful with that :D)
