Hi, My baby is 2years old and always constipated kindly guide me to solve his problem... I can't give him food like potatoes or rice it make his constipation worse .. he eat porridge and banana but it's very painful for him to poop also cuts around anus and blood sometimes... kindly help,😩
Don't give banana give pears and apples, take him outside, let him swim run, and mandatory give plain water in the morning instead of just milk. After baby wakes up
@@JunabethIntencia early morning after 7 dont give milk, give one glass of warm water by luring him , sayin that you will take him outside, regularly feed dal ghee, if hes not eating fibre food, if he eats fiber food give him apples, pears everyday, he should dal too Water is mandatory finish 1 liter a day by dividing the time, he will poop peacefully without any pain, try this youll see change immediately dont use laxative if you try my steps

Makes sure you’re using gentle pressure and try some of our other constipation techniques for babe ❤️
