It is such a great release for the muscles and relief for pain! Can help with the clicking but we also recommend seeing a TMJ specialist if the clicking persists

Absolutely! Here in our office we specialize in treating women, especially pregnancy and postpartum, which is why the video is directed at the ladies. But men for sure deal with TMJ and can have it treated just the same!

Great question! Often when people are dealing with TMJ issues or chronic headaches, we find that it is the musculature within and around the jaw's joint space that is tight. We manually work on releasing those exact muscles!

@@thetopwrestler32 if you have tonsil stones in your mouth and you don’t have a lot of room for them put your finger in your mouth near your cheek and keep your mouth opened and pull your cheek skin kinda back with your finger like she’s doing and it’s a relief bc it feels good and you have enough room

Great question! All depends on the amount of pressure used. It can be uncomfortable at times since we are releasing the tight muscles, but we always want it to be below the patient's pain threshold.
