  • One evening while relaxing with my scanner on, a call dropped for Magnolia Fire Department to respond to a residential structure fire only a couple miles away from me. This call requested Needham Tanker 64 and Battalion 61, and Spring Engine 76 and District 70 to assist. I caught all except for Magnolia Engine and Tanker 182 as they were closer to the fire than me. Right as it appeared to be under control a 2nd alarm dropped for The Woodlands Engine 105, 107 and Battalion 102 to assist. Later after I left and it got dark Tomball Engine 1 was added for air support.
    Equipment List:
    Engine 186 - 2013 Ferrara Ember
    Engine 76 - 2019 Pierce Velocity
    Tanker 186 (Ex-185) - 2000 E-One Freightliner
    Medic 05 - 2012 Dodge Ram 4500 (Frazier Mfg.)
    CH1805 - 2017 Chevy Tahoe
    Tanker 184 - 2013 Ferrara Igniter
    Assistant Chief 70 - 2016 Chevy Tahoe
    CH1806 - 2017 Chevy Suburban
    Tanker 64 - 2005 Ferrara Sterling
    Medic 27 - 2012 Dodge Ram 4500 (Frazier Mfg.)
    CH1801 (Assistant Chief) - 2017 Chevy Suburban
    Battalion 61 - 2019 Ford F250 XL
    District 2 - 2017 Chevy Tahoe
    Battalion 102 - 2017 Chevy Suburban
    Engine 105 - 2017 Pierce Velocity PUC
    Engine 185 - 2013 Ferrara Ember
Engine 107 - Pierce Velocity PUC
    Thanks For Watching

That appears to be at the lower end of Dobbin-Huffsmith Road. Why did they call Needham instead of Tomball? It's a lot closer. Spring had to come from over on Kuykendahl. My old stomping ground. Ran out of Magnolia station 2 for about 5 years.

Nice! I live between 182 and Spring 76. This was just across the bridge from me. I believe Magnolia has a mutual aid contract with Needham if it’s in a certain part of MVFD territory it calls T64. And this is at the bottom elbow of Dobbin-Huffsmith at Rosie Lane

Great catch. Few things that were weird. 4:43 Asst. Chief made U-Turn. Was it a divided highway and he had to u-turn to make the exit, or did he miss the turn? 6:53, that same Chief left early. 7:17, love how missed the street, turned around and shut off lights like, Nothing to see here. LOL

NO TRUCK company on a structure response ? Seriously ?

    • @southplainsfireresponses4222
      @southplainsfireresponses4222  3 года назад

Some of the few remaining rural area departments have responses like that. Magnolia has Ladder 181 but it only seems to go to commercial structures and high life hazard structures. Their one of the few that do it that way. Caney Creek VFD has no active truck. Other than that every other Montgomery county and cypress creek area department sends a truck
