We should consume badam in certain limit ( 4 badam per day )
Soak 4 badam in normal water and leave it overnight, eat it with or without its skin, in your empty stomach 👍🏻

What is Gond?
Ingredients
1 cup badam / almond
¼ cup ghee
2 tbsp gond / edible gum
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp dry coconut grated
¼ cup ghee
badam powder
¾ cup milk powder
1 cup jaggery
½ cup water
pinch saffron food colour
2 tbsp poppy seeds
½ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp kesar / saffron
badam / almonds chopped
high music volume
For how many days we can store it

But is the jaggery and edible gum (Gond) really healthy for the body. Please inform of the benefits. These two ingredients take up quite a large proportion of the ingredients and if they are not healthy then nuts and seeds will not change that! It certainly looks delicious but whether it’s healthy is another matter.😮
Edible gum is very beneficial for bones and jaggery is a natural sweetener and it is always preferred over sugar free products
