completely agree, i never thought dropping items and no magical boxes was tedious. it was actually awesome you could drop items anywhere and they not disappear. was an improvement to me.
@@shayoko6 I don’t mind universal item boxes, but it’s nice to change it up now and then. RE0 uses a lot of the mechanics that got left on the cutting room floor between Sweet Home and RE original, so it feels like a nice companion piece that fits right in alongside the original/remake
The music in the background upon entering the save room doesn't sound underrated, it sounds more peaceful. Why can't they use that for every save rooms of the Resident Evil games?
owned this on gamecube, incredible game. it got rid of the magical boxs (no transfer but you could store items in them) and added a mind blowing feature to drop items ANYWHERE! and them not disappear!!! i think they were even marked on the map so you wouldn't need to actually remember every location! somehow people thought it was tedious design and that was not comprehendible to me...same logic with tank controls...i thought they were crazy, didn't know what they were talking about. i wish they stuck with this design personally, added even more weight to the survival aspect. deciding which items you really need for the current situation rather than having a magical bullshit system to make your life easier. it was realistic and it worked! i occasionally look back to this game to a time when capcom seemed to actually care about their fans. they have improved in recent years, but those side additions...i've mixed feelings about them.
Interesting that the remastered version has a Wesker Mode...and a RE V Jill DLC costume for Rebecca. Also, did you get the Infinite Rocket Launcher from clearing Hard Mode or was it included in the DLC?
Didn't know there was a Wesker Mode in the remastered version....not to mention the RE V Jill costume DLC. Also, was the Infinite Rocket Launcher part of the DLC or did you clear a harder difficulty?
Opposite for me. I thought the story left more to be desired and wished it tied into REmake a little closer, but I loved the character swapping and inventory system once I got good at it
Thanks for having timestamps, makes it easier to find certain parts and puzzles! A very underrated, classic RE style game.
Underrated RE game. Love the character swapping mechanic and having to keep track of where you put items

Awesome playthrough 👍👍
Love your videos. Keep going.
It was one of the various Capcom exclusives along with the Viewtiful Joe series and Killer 7 released on GC.
Children talk about Lady Dimitrescu.
Men talk about Rebecca Chambers.
I'd take Rebecca over her any day!
Wesker, is that you?
Dimiwhat?
@@RpGfreak901Same here, my friend! Rebecca forever ❤
THIS ^ ❤. Women love her too; I should know 🥰!

Great gameplay🔥

wesker mode was done on PC where i had already unlocked the infinite launcher
Beat it again not too long ago, tough and nerve-wracking game.
46:41 Jeez at what speed is that train going!? 12 000 000 miles per hour?
Wonderful game
I like your video
Why'd you play the game twice out of curiosity?
For wesker mode
I both love and hate this game. Its story and atmosphere are great, but its gameplay mechanics and inventory system are terrible.
