@@lissettezayas7410, the quilt are very, very beautiful. I can see them all being in a show that moves all over the world. Inspiring others to have the faith that they can do it too.♥️👏👏
Great job documenting the show. I love the crazy quilt with dedicated blocks focuses. It was cool to look at all the themes. After that, the Fassett’s Fireworks. Thanks for sharing!
I had a feeling you would love that quilt. Fun fact, if you pause the video and read the description card it mentions there are 2020 little trinkets sewn into the quilt to represent the year 2020. I should have said that in the video but I didn't catch that until after I stopped filming, then my battery died.
Really enjoyed looking at the quilts, love going to quilt shows, have missed it lately. I will never be able to compete with the level of quilting in show quilts, so I will enjoy everyone else's. Thanks Eric.
I have definitely missed the quiltshows which is why I was excited to go to this one. I share your thought about not being at the level as some of these show quilts....but we can dream can't we? Just something to aspire to. Thanks for watching!
It was! It really was! Stay tuned because am actually planning out something with the fabrics you gave me. May not happen tomorrow but one of these days you will see a video of me creating something with them. The challenge is on gurl!
Just finished watching the first part. What a whopper dooper fun trip! I love seeing and visiting the hometown quilt stores. And nest of all I didn’t have to spend money! Don’t forget to hit the thumbs up! Nice review Eric!
Great video Eric! Very well done! I will plan to attend next year since I'm so close! I was out of town so couldn't attend this year! Can't wait to watch your next video and see your haul!
I joined your channel from watching you with See with Bec - new years eve 🎇🎇🎇 I look forward to watching you and looking forward to seeing what you do. I am from Australia, and I make lots of quilts but I have never made one for myself. Even in 2022 I have to wait as I have 4 baby quilts for hubby's work. I make a king single for every baby born at Darren's work have done seven so far and now we have a baby due in January, February, march and April. But this does not stop me from buy fabric and planning projects. I have started two quilts one is a 9 by 9 2 1/2" squares which I am making with my 14 year old son and we have 86 blocks so we have stopped for now and I am making the Missouri star, star quilt with lovely fabric American gatherings. Well that's my life story sorry I dumped so much. Look forward to watching you.
Hi Tina! Thank you for sharing! I hope you enjoy the channel and please excuse my silly style...but that seems to be the thing that people love most. As I saw to all new subscribers, stitch yourself down and enjoy the wild journey! Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you Eric for sharing your adventures with us. I’m looking forward to experiencing going on my own quilting adventure in the future. Beautiful fabrics and quilts! 🤩
That looked like a fun trip. Wow, those quilts were amazing! I can only dream of quilting like that. So far, it’s pretty much stitch in the ditch for me or straight lines. 😂 Can’t wait to see what you came home with.
Hi Connie! I used my cellphone (Samsung Note 9) and a Canon M50. The battery on the Canon M50 doesn't last very long, which is why I had my Samsung on hand as a backup. The video features and picture quality is really good on the Canon though. Thanks for asking and thanks for watching!
I believe you got it in ya!!♥️. You even have the long arm machine don’t you? If so, practice and play. You got this. The quilts I saw was quilted with time, love, and a plan. And you are good with this.

Watching this got me feeling like a kid in a candy store.😁😍
Well then in that case I hope you got a sugar rush...or a rush of inspiration!
Lol. It’s funny to me because I have never been to a quilt show or festival nor a top line quilt shop. It’s coming for me though.

@@TreasureHeartCreations I was wondering the same thing. You got great clarity to show the quilting.👍
Eric, did you have a quilt in the festival?
No I didn't. I am not at that level...YET! Aspiring to be.

Will you be visiting an east coast show?
Maybe not in 2021 but perhaps in the future. Got any recommendations?
@@TreasureHeartCreations APQS Lancaster, Mancuso-Philadelphia, Hershey. And then the VA and NC shows 😅
@@lissettezayas7410 and may I suggest the Montreal Quilt Show? Usually in May-June...and the New England show...www.vqf.org/home/
