Hello everyone. That measurement device is not something available to buy. My company makes these for our business that works to restore and grow a penis, generally after a radical prostatectomy. (We do not directly sell that service and have no plans to do so.) However I can ask our production department to make a couple dozen to ship to people who want one. Also, if we ship you one then you and I will NOT exchange any money, shipping or otherwise. The device is not hard to build. We use 3D printers, but some clever assembly from parts bought at a home center will work.
For me, I personally keep one in my shower just to measure flaccid length occasionally, and to sometimes measure my erect length during a break in sex. A year ago I was recording my length daily while undergoing a round of therapy. One day I found a note from my wife on my bathroom mirror that said "Measure Your Penis". I couldn't stop laughing thinking what man ever got that note from his wife?

That tool is measured at same as ruler at the side it is the same thing looks at the numbers they are at the side.
As an undergrad mechanical engineering student, I will look in to modifying the design to accommodate the “average” penis sizes you have seen in your comments section. I might also include a scale down to zero…would a lollipop holder be an appropriate feature too?
So that would be similar to using my pump that has measurements etched into it, right?
They work fine. We found that pneumatic cylinders are produce errors due to the viewing angle. And you can't use your hand to align and stretch a flaccid penis.
Dr Buntrock, for those of us who have a curve so a straight ahead measurement would be a little off, do you have suggestions as to make an accurate and repeatable measurement?
The design has one hand pushing the bar at the end so the ring is bone pressed. The other hand stretches and aligns the penis. That hand should be able to apply any force necessary to align the bend, if possible.

3D printing is a hell of a thing eh?
It is unbelievable. That device is from five pieces printed on a FormLabs Fuse 1. We have a machine shop, but there are parts, especially with internal features, that only this method can produce.
