This is probably the sixth time I've done this meditation since it's release. ❤ this time was extra special, as I lay on the cold, damp and dewy earth atop a blanket - nestled between the ruddy full moon and the rising sun. Beyond your voice, I hear one of my totem animals, the red-shouldered hawk, calling in my backyard. I sit here on the earth's surface, drinking my coffee as I prepare my mind and heart to go forth and allow my shadow self to invite others to befriend theirs today as I do therapy with those in recovery. Thank you so much Crystal for adding compassion to my ritual this morning 😊 your meditations are like salve for the soul. ❤🌕

I did this amazing meditation today and i think it worked well for me. I didnt had headphone to benefit from its binarual beats so i used jose silva three finger method to tune my mind into alpha frequency .At the end when i opened my eyes i really felt my energy has changed. I had no vision’s but I felt so completely involved. I’m expecting much less pain from whatever I’ve been dragging around for 75 (as of Sunday) years! My birthday week has been a mixed bag!
