Two generations with more than 30 years between their ages, they reflect upon how Herety's racing career compares to Laverick's and Geloofs, where pro racers are now expected to win Grand Tours in their twenties, track every single piece of data and be much more professional. Geloof tells the audience how she tries to inject the fun back into the sport, helping herself and her team mates to focus on the process more and less on the results.
