Really don't want to be the negative one but Matt Stephens asks about 8 half questions at a time. I don't think Tom knows what he's supposed to be answering

Sports people are not the greatest and public speaking especially when they are young with little life experience. Tom reminds me of G very laid back off the bike but focused on it. He is a talented rider but enjoying what he is doing is priority as he gets older his goals will change for sure. I love that he is different and continues to be diverse in his cycling that’s the entertainment

Love Watching Tom Pidcock race, but do think as in interviewee he lacks a bit of coherence in his answers, you can feel he knows what he wants to say but sometimes cant quite find the words to articulate it, not really a criticism, just feel this would have been far more instructive if his answers had a bit more structure to them, doesn't help that Matt Stephens was asking multiple questions layered over each other.

Interesting to start on cycling as entertainment. I played cricket till my 20s (from 1975) when cycling took over because it could combine commuting and other a to b travelling with exercise and cricket took up too much time without contributing to fitness. Cricket worldwide had been pushed to the margins except for instant versions. From summer, England has played a much more entertaining form of long form cricket and recreated interest with Ben Stokes, England captain, using similar words about entertaining the audience both on seats and via subscription. I have commented below the line on some of those reports about how cycling has knocked cricket off the national interest scale both because it can be entertaining, Brits are successful, and it is far more useful for personal and family fitness, fellowship, and fun with cool gear (cricket pads, jock straps and boxes will never be cool). Part of the professional sportsperson's job is to get bums on seats and subscriptions to pay their prize money and salaries.

These interviews are impossible to watch because the camera is too far away from the participants on stage.

But the sound is alright, isn't? I was focused on something else besides eating and couldn't pay attention to the video.
