Hello friends! Today I have prepared an incredibly simple and beautiful recipe for delicious puff pastry. This is a real French recipe! Even in France, not everyone knows these cooking secrets! Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Warm milk 200 ml
- Yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
1. Mix all ingredients
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Egg white 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil 90 ml
2. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 750 - 800 g (add in parts)
3. Mix well with a spatula
4. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
5. Put the dough on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
6. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
7. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover the dough with a towel and let it rest for 55-60 minutes

13. Divide the dough into two equal parts
14. Roll them into a ball
15. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
- Melted butter 100 g.
16. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x45 cm).
17. Lubricate with a brush
18. Fold the dough into an envelope like in the video
19. Grease again with butter
20. Fold the dough again, repeat after me
21. Place the dough on a plate
22. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
23. Cover with cling film and let rest for 25-30 minutes
- Grate cheese 400 g
24. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35x45 cm).

26. Cut the dough into 4-4.5 cm wide strips
27. Roll up and place on baking paper
28. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
29. Look how beautiful and flaky the buns are
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Lubricate with a brush
31. Sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds
32. Sprinkle with flax seeds and chia seeds
33. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes

I love watching your videos. I shudder every time you slap your dough around. I think of my momma. She would have give me what for. We could not walk to heavy across the floor it could make the dough fall, our old house was drafty. I sure wish she were here to watch these in a warmer house. Things have changed so much.
