Like you have to give yourself time to transition because there's a void we're used to interacting with that person. 1. Volunteer at school. 2. Take a class or take up a hobby. 3. Visit the music store. 4. Visit the craft store...3 project limit! 5. Fix your house. 6. Take a new route on your walk with the dog. 7. Drive somewhere - a park - a day trip. Walk there. 8. Hit the local attractions: zoo, museums, race track, concerts, concerts in the park. 9. Get a pet, even if it's a fish. Something that's not all about you. 10. Revive an activity from when you were young and get better at it. 11. Science says exercise releases happy hormones. For everyone. So, it's impossible NOT to feel better when you're done (nless you hurt yourself!). For beginners or physically challenged, there are motorized pedal machines now. MOVE THAT BODY. A parked car ends up with a dead battery (I would know). Take the Hint. 12. Be a Big Brother or Big Sister. Back in my single parenting days, I couldn't find ANYONE to consistently spend time with my kids. Too many broken families. Too many isolated kids. Too much busyness. The words of the single parent only go so far. Outside support makes a huge difference. Be that mentor to a confused kid. 13. Nursing homes are full of people who would love your attention or talents in any way you would offer. 14. Pet rescue. Food pantry (not just Thanksgiving). So many other places needing helping hands. 15. Call a local church and ask how you can help.
63 here. My ex was such a game player and I unfortunately engaged in it as well. We both acted like teenagers, fought like kids. It’s over, I can finally say after almost 2 years I finally let go of him.

She had surgery on her neck and I was there at 4.30 am with her and her Daughter. After surgery they put her in icu . Later that evening i was gonna stay the night but I was going to sleep in my vehicle. She sent me an ugly text stating that , well you were to leave right after my surgery it was supposed to be just me and my daughter in the room. Just hate full. Not a thank you or nothing . That's when I said that I'm done . This has hurt me so bad. I loved her with all my heart and would do anything for her.
I'm sorry you 2 went threw that toxic relationship crap,because I'm going threw it now and ready to end it! But he's got me stuck this time on purpose,I'm going crazy in my mind and he's Satan trying to break me down either caz me to go to prison because he's an ex connand talks about plotting that! Or!;he's tore my transportation up so I can't move around! And now the holidays! I have God with me! Or I would be broken slaughtered mentally to commit suicide by a narcissist.sbeakunplotting their in the night! He's Satan! Now it's just a power struggle of my ears and patience he wants me to turn ugly so bad! But I won't ever let Satan turn me away from what God made of me! Amen! And I hope and pray anyone that has had or will have their hearts shattered the way mine was 💔 when my brother my best friend of 30years passed away suddenly I hope and pray that you all come out of it some people never snap out of it they stay in that depression and self destruction to themselves and people places and things all around them I lived it 1st hand I died 7x and over dosed 5x on herion ,cocane and lots of pills God has me here for a reason.
