I'm new to this game and I find it mind blowing that he just ducks right in front of those Reina jabs and dodges them. Can anyone explain to me how the hell he sees them coming? Or is this just a hard and ballsy read.
It's experience. As you improve as a player, you'll learn how characters play and how people play allowing you to expose weaknesses in their game. You can even see him ducking expecting highs and none come.

Most strings have limited routes where, with enough knowledge/experience, you can anticipate the highs coming and duck them if they commit to them.
Depends on the character and their string options.
Players at that level constantly adapt to each other so he just makes educated guesses based on what he’s seen
