Even though I hate the story, the message(s) behind it, the gameplay overoveroveroveroverOVER the top, I have to admit: impressive graphics and ambiance, sound design and animations.
And I would still gladly accept LANs with friends on this game, on the mode with no HUD and quick deaths.
It's just that I prefer simulations like ARMA or Tarkov, with realistic firefights.
I got the game but don't have wifi to download it and play it

NVG goggles are slightly magnified and very constrictive the most realistic nightvision ive seen is ironically in a hunting sim called "Hunter: Call of the wild" if you get the night vision binoculars and reduce them to X1 it looks exactly like NVG its not a clear picture its blurry and most things are out of focus because you need to focus the NVG to a certain range usually its looking at the stars and focusing until they are sharp leaving the ground and shit infront of you blurry and out of focus

gotta say the game's too short. Wish they'd put more into it and make it 8~12 hours long. I love the more tactical aspect, very "sicario" esque in terms of pacing and intensity. The grim near dystopian setting is also freaky, I love it.
Picadilly, Clean House, and The Wolf's Den levels are pretty tight. Props to the writers and Infinity Ward. 👍

@@theoneandonlykow it's reboot, not prequel. It's a whole different story with the same character. The sequel for this MW will be released soon.

@@fradejasearl Black Ops - Cold War (as for the story) is basically a sequel for Black Ops and a prequel for Black Ops 2 (and it's confirmed). However this MW had a different story with the old MW that's why they called it reboot (it's also confirmed). You'll notice that the official title for the old MW is Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare while this 2019 MW had the same title but only throw away the "4", so this why 2019 MW had same character but different story. It's almost like this game is prequel but actually it is not.
There's a leak of new CoD game to be released soon at 2021 and rumor said that it might be sequel for the 2019 MW (i also hope so) but the ending story of 2019 MW is indicating a sequel with (probably) Viktor Zakhaev become the main antagonist or something. CMIIW

I appreciate this game’s slower gameplay style as opposed to the faster paced games,it’s a good change of pace.

Right, so this guy has been making these no commentary "walkthrough" videos for god knows how long, but there's barely any semblance of FPS game literacy to be seen in this entire marathon.
Waltzing up in front of enemies. Running around in the open when he's supposed to go cover-to-cover.
Oh, and there's the classic: going guns blazing in the middle of a stealth mission.
I'm not nitpicking. Its just that there are some things players should be able to pick up on, such as dialogue cues or visual cues, and react in a way that will make the gameplay look good. But as it is now, this footage is pretty bad. Not unwatchable, just frustrating to watch.
You don't have to have shroud aim, or insane situational awareness. You just need to play in the most viewer-friendly way possible.
That means picking up on the hints given to you, and going right to the objective. Well, that also means you have to play as close as the developers want their players to.
But that's not so bad, is it? After all, we're here to watch the campaign, not some confused guy running into walls.
It makes sense for a long-play to be played how the game is intended to be played, but honestly MK need's to play the story before he decides to upload the gameplay tbh. I am also annoyed that he doesn't go with the stealth parts and the fact that he constantly reloads, it's kinda cringe watching this RUclipsr sometimes

Spot on. As has been said, the constant reloading while standing in the open is just plain stupid. He also compulsively aims down his sights for 99% of engagements, slowing his ability to react. Even if the enemy is 5 feet in front of him? Gotta aim, can't possibly hip fire.
I'm searching for a decent no commentary playthrough with the uploader showing some basic FPS common sense. Looks like this video is not the one I wanted.
