The animation is full with energy and fun, eventhough it seems like everyone is having a rough time X3 Watching it makes you smile and willing to see more of it. To me it also seems like your motion capture looks more clean now, the result is really nice! I personally prefer your old animation style as that is what got me, and so many others into animating too. (But hey that's just me) Seraphina's design looks great too, she really feels like the type of hacker you mentioned in the description. I'm glad to see that you used our SFM Side Order clothing pack too for the boots! Here's also a tip when it comes to storytelling. People may be a bit confused by what is actually going on, like being thrown into the middle of something. The description is all you need to understand it, but that is also the risky part of it. Some people don't read the description and simply watch the video. For storytelling it's important to make the story clear in just the video, and perhaps use the description to support if needed. A simple way to do this is by having the characters talk with each other. One could ask what it all is since they are new, and the other explains it. This is then explained to the character, but in reality to us. Just a simple trick yet really effective. (Having characters talk also makes your world feel more alive)
Dont forget about Show dont tell, Its Better to just do it then to explicitly explain to the viewer with words what is happening. You can show things and make the viewer make their conclusion until you develop the ideas even further in the next episodes. Thats also just how serialization works.

Some feedback I'd like to give you too, definitely can tell you've cleaned up the motion capture on your work a lot, which is very good and it is looking much much smoother now!!
