Robin's skin color was an error on the animators part, because Robin shows up in Alabasta they decided to give her darker skin for the climate, but that's the mistake because in official color spreads of the crew, she's white and they really couldn't change it until the timeskip to "untan" Robin
idk about ussop's skin color tho, may be just the animators fucking up again
