1. Make sure you have added oil for the pump and engine, and you have added gasoline for the engine, diesel for the burner tank
2. Connect the water hose to proper water source (like city water, clean and no air).
3. Do not use the black wand tip for hot water, it's chemical only and not able to provide enough pressure for hot water.
4. Start the engine, warm it up, then put it to no choke, full throttle.
5. Run the water and observe the water pressure gauge till it's stable at around 3000 psi (means water source is stable and no extra air in the water hose).
6. Start the hot water, ignition light comes on, then switches to green burner light, enjoy.

i got one of this at the auction, i got a lot of black smoke.
manual says
- Excessive fuel injection ( how do i reduce ? manual doesn't say it)
- Check nozzle diameter ( it has the original)
- Air supply is insufficient (vent is all the way open, my elevation
is 234 ft)
- Check and increase engine speed (how ?)
- Check the air duct to see if any air leak (there's no air leak)
- Check to see if the belt is loosed (belt is ok)
any suggestions ?
