I will definitely consider that for future videos. Thank you for that call out. Most settings should be default outside of harvesting, breeding and maturation settings. (sounds like previous post said that Single player Dino’s are stronger than official ones though). I don’t know if I have that SP boxed checked. If it’s on by default then it’s probably on, if I needed to check that box then it’s not on. Saddles are in the 70s for armor. I am not on at the moment or I could tell you. I think my newest BP that I was using was 72 armor. At one point in the video I say the stats for the ceratosaurus. They have around 30k health and 850% melee. They are fully Imprinted and mutated. Most of the mutations are in melee and a few in health as well.
Yeah I was surprised, it definitely took me some time. After failing the beta and then the first alpha fight, I was happy I was able to at least clear 2 bosses after all the time I spent breeding 😂
I think less Ceras specifically for their heal with a better DPS dino is the play. it seems a lot of the time the backline ceras are just trying to get into range instead of attacking. Would be interesting to see how few you could put in while still healing for approximately the same.
I know it’s based on their attack speed and not their melee damage, and the fact that in the fight we would basically see a healing number for each cera.. that makes me wonder to, would just 1 cera generate that same heal, just a smaller radius or does each cera attack affect nearby cera heals. That’s a good question.
@@ChaosBearGaming from my understanding the more "spikes" applied the more healing. I didn't try it with bosses but alpha creatures, and there's definitely more healing the more there are, or maybe it just happens faster, wish the wiki would give better details about them rather than having t completely figure out how the heal actually functions though lol
@ChaosBearGaming they feel really underwhelming after running the lower south cave, like an janky carno with a heal that works only half of the time while being harder to tame.
@@alucardunleashed6138 appearance: great, concept: great, performance: needs improvement. Especially since higher heal numbers only happen when using large groups of ceras. And it’s capped around 500 with 20 ceras. They should definitely perform better solo.
I don’t think they would survive since they failed the alpha dragon. But I am starting a let’s play for ark and will most likely include them in some things.
This one took me a bit of time. I hope you all enjoy. If you enjoy the video then consider leaving a like and subscribing if you are not already.
This makes a much better showcase video!
I was hoping you commented again, so I could redeem myself 😂 thank you lol
@@ChaosBearGaming I subscribed because I appreciate your enthusiasm; keep up the good work! Sorry if I were overly harsh on the last one! :)

Need to see server settings, tame stats, and saddles otherwise all of this is kinda impossible to replicate/analyze

Horned nightmare for Alpha bosses! This is insane! #ArkSurvivalEvolved #ceratosaurus #gamechanger
They are definitely fun, I just wished they healed more 😂 I don’t always want to bring a piggy lol
They are definitely way nicer looking than Carnos that’s for sure 😂
@@ChaosBearGaming True xD
Were any of these ceros mutated, or would it not make a difference?
Yes they were. It was around 20-30 mutations between health and melee. I believe at the end of the monkey fight I say what their exact stats were.

bosses are immune to bleed! except deinonychus/xiphactinus DOT "bleed"
Wait. So I haven’t used an allo before in a boss fight, their bleed doesn’t work on bosses? 😮
Nope
Wild card nutered them
@@TGC1775 wow that’s super sad, I guess I won’t be testing that out. Thanks for sharing that, I really appreciate it.
@@ChaosBearGamingthere’s RUclips videos of allos vs alpha boss fights… Allos are actually pretty good for boss fights with there higher dps than Rex’s
Allos don't bleed bosses 💀
Yeah that’s what someone else said, that’s sad. Sounds like it’s only Deinos
