Friedman guitars through friedman amps and these two guys playing. That's just not fair for the rest of us man XD. And damn that intro alone sounded killer!
These two play together and it's like, "messed around and got a triple double." They're probably not even thinking about it or trying hard, and the results are kinda glorious. Rather listen to this than soooo many other highly-acclaimed guitarists. You know the ones i'm talking about.....
Noooo. Not criticizing any of the Andertons videos. I was speaking about certain 'newly famous' guitar players. But, i don't wanna be one of those 'internet guitar dicks' who goes around ripping other players who are still infinitely more talented than i am..... To recap: I love anderton's (and its affiliates') videos. Love.
Yes, the whole crew. Including Nathan on bass, one of the new drum guys, keys, Natalja(before she has something more important to do) and Hannah on vocals, the whole cres!
I bought one of these and am just blown away with the playability and sound. Best guitar I have and I have a bunch. Friedman and Jackson struck gold when they made these. You play one and you just can’t stop.
Oh God... like I didn't lust after Friedman stuff when it was just amps and pedals... I now want guitars as well... Capt. Lee - Do you do a finance like a mortgage? Pay it off in 20 years? If you do stick my name down on one of the blues , and one of the whites and a BE100...
Awesome jamming/reviewing there from Danish Pete and Sassenach Mick. No disrespect to the other dude who deputises for Mick from time to time, but there's great musical chemistry between you two guys.
Great little jam around 18:00 with tones to die for. I just start coming back down to earth and then they do an outro jam at the end... Sweet Jesus mother Mary and every cliche going... Please can we keep Pete after Article 50?
Such gorgeous luscious heavenly beautiful sounds ! ! ! Equipment can help, but you need skilled & inspired people for... Such a pleasant review. Well done guys !
Hi guys, question for Pete and Mick, how come you never review a jazzmaster style guitar? I am really interested in one and I trust your opinion. So if you did a a video about it, it will be great!!!! SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO ONE!!!!!! many thanks!
If I sell all my guitars I can get one and a half of them!! Got to stop watching these shows and be happy with my lot (not a lot lot). Happy new year guys.
Fantastic playing by Mick and Danish Pete! Great sounding amps and guitars by Friedman! My fave's would be the Blue P90 guitar with the Buxom Betty, but you can't really go wrong with any of them!
If I was a wolf, I would howl for that amazing intro, while daydreaming about some vintage spaceship with a Chevelle Malibu look and feel (and smell of old car panel with aged soft seats). P90 pickups. Steampunk vintage sci-fi. Stunning beautiful guitars..... Here in Brazil we only had "Opalas" which were a way cheaper inspired version of Chevelle or Camaro cars. Some countryside cities preserve a little of those old times. Maybe the red soil helps to preserve the look and feel. I was writing and listening... I like your talk and play. Don't get mute in any way. Keep talkin' aaand playin'. Cheers!!! Luke (today I'm a little more meshuga than usual, so, I feel like some sort of Luke Wookie, or Wookie Luke... but I promise to keep my ears up... have a nice weekend y'all)
Hints of Heartbreaker (Grand Funk Railroad) in the intro jam. Great sound. I thought I liked the P-90 model, but then Pete played the others - somehow they all came through better on his channel/amp/mic. No issue, I can't afford them anyway.
The left amp reminds me of the Marshall Code in the Modelling Amp Shootout. I knew that the Friedman amps are Marshall oriented, but didn't know that they also copy the sounds of a new digital Marshall. :D
It was white with a red tortoise-shell pick guard, and a humbucker in the bridge. I played it through a 65 Whiskey amp and it sounded great, but very uncomfortable to play. Maybe it would be better with new strings and some nut sauce, I dunno. I usually don't have Strat trems floating anyway for that reason.
Nice screw between the P90s there! Well thought out guitars they seem! Very expensive though... I wonder if they could just ditch the aging part and maybe lower the dough needed.
thank you Pete and Mick you dont know what joy it brings me when i hear you guys jam out like that
I honestly thought Danish Pete was using an ebow for the first minute. the sustain is ludicrous!
He has got on build into his fingers!
Feedback and sustain are not at all the same
ukmanthailand True- for a start they're spelled differently.
Eliot McCann spelt
nick Cooper You know, I hesitated over that! 😃😃
Friedman guitars through friedman amps and these two guys playing. That's just not fair for the rest of us man XD. And damn that intro alone sounded killer!
I often come back to this video just for the intro jam.. Absolutely amazing!
These two play together and it's like, "messed around and got a triple double." They're probably not even thinking about it or trying hard, and the results are kinda glorious. Rather listen to this than soooo many other highly-acclaimed guitarists. You know the ones i'm talking about.....
Absolutely I know which Andertons videos you're talking about!

I've said it before, but the two of you need to record a jam album together.
GuyNamedSean a Jalbum
Guitarnivor If the whole crew gets together to make the "Andertons Jalbum", that would be awesome.
Yes, the whole crew. Including Nathan on bass, one of the new drum guys, keys, Natalja(before she has something more important to do) and Hannah on vocals, the whole cres!
GuyNamedSean Hadč
Why aren't we funding this?? Lol I'd totally buy that jalbum
That sustain is unreal!! Awesome guitars
Man, how I look forward to new videos from you guys! Thanks so much. Cheers from Maryland!
Some of the best sounds I have heard in a while. Bravo
That blue one is the sexy times!
I keep coming back to this video and i cannot believe how amazing these guitars sound!
I bought one of these and am just blown away with the playability and sound. Best guitar I have and I have a bunch. Friedman and Jackson struck gold when they made these. You play one and you just can’t stop.
Glad to see Mick back on Guitar Paradiso!
Lovely intro jam!
That jam in the beginning is stunning..Lovely sounds.
was not ready for that intro jam. holy cow.
Really nice sound guys. Liked the tune at the end. The rock and roll helped to show case the guitars and your playing was great...good job!
This two should make a record, I will buy it!
Cristian mendez Yes. This is the third week I've said this same thing.
Wow... the blue guitar spoke to me. Time to save
Everyone should have at least one guitar with P90s!
Why am I even looking at this I'm a student I can't afford a Pacifica
you will one day ☺
isthisbetterYT? Hey man me too xD. Save money, it's helpful :)
same here lol
Not even the 012J!??
+Guitarnivor i am broke right know XD (sorry my english sucks)
Oh God... like I didn't lust after Friedman stuff when it was just amps and pedals... I now want guitars as well...
Capt. Lee - Do you do a finance like a mortgage? Pay it off in 20 years? If you do stick my name down on one of the blues , and one of the whites and a BE100...
neuk01642 that'd be amazing. Reverse headstock mortgage. Pay like 30 bucks a month to have the best gear.
the P90 one sounds incredible, and looks ace too. Very cool
Moltisanti I bought one with P90s. It is just amazing. Like nothing else I have played. Dave Friedman did something special with those pickups.
That intro jam.... I spaffed!
Goosebumps! Tasty tone and sweet licks!
Fuck me. That intro jam.
7 years on and it finally hits me. The opening jam is like Maggot Brain revisited! Outstanding!
Pete you're a monster ....awesome tone and playing !
Awesome jamming/reviewing there from Danish Pete and Sassenach Mick. No disrespect to the other dude who deputises for Mick from time to time, but there's great musical chemistry between you two guys.
The one with the P-90s has the sweetest tone.
That intro jam just gave me goosebumps. Ahh
AMMW : Alder, Maple, Metallic blue, White.
MRBS: Mohogany, Rosewood, Black, Single black
that intro jam was incredible
Forward to 17:50 and just enjoy the absolute brilliance
i cant even afford a pick gaurd at the mo, i only watch these for the playing, come on Andertons, its got to be album time for all of you.
I knew the amps sounded astonishingly good but the guitars are a surprise. Some stunning tones and licks in this review.
Those things sound beautiful ... I couldn't help thinking "eagles" through the whole thing for some reason!
MAAAN, you guys can sell things by only playing them! SO GOOD!
Wow, that opening jam gave me goose bumps.
That blue Vintage T is to die for.... and those p90s sound amazing !!! I want one of these!!!!!
Nice slice of country rock at the outro.
Great little jam around 18:00 with tones to die for. I just start coming back down to earth and then they do an outro jam at the end... Sweet Jesus mother Mary and every cliche going... Please can we keep Pete after Article 50?
that sustain though it's beautiful
Whoa momma!! Lovely tones lads, keep up the good work.
Simply AWESOME
Such gorgeous luscious heavenly beautiful sounds ! ! !
Equipment can help, but you need skilled & inspired people for...
Such a pleasant review.
Well done guys !

It’s good too see some new takes on guitars .
What a great opening!!!!!!! WOW guys, time to put out an album.
If I sell all my guitars I can get one and a half of them!! Got to stop watching these shows and be happy with my lot (not a lot lot). Happy new year guys.
Man I want jam tracks of all these intros
Fantastic playing by Mick and Danish Pete! Great sounding amps and guitars by Friedman! My fave's would be the Blue P90 guitar with the Buxom Betty, but you can't really go wrong with any of them!
I think I'm digging the p90s!! They're just living on the edge of distortion on the drive without being muddy, still has clarity
Beautiful intro, loved it! Sweet!
Would love to get tabs or something for the things you guys play. Simply fantastic!!!
ANDERTONS COMPILATION ALBUM PLEASE
i agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy sh I was hoping that the intro jam would never end! BeaUTIFUL!
Awesome stuff
That sound at 12:30. Wow
Awww thanks Mick for fighting through - I was suffering with you whenever you spoke :)
the best jam ever broadcasted on andertons tv
If I was a wolf, I would howl for that amazing intro, while daydreaming about some vintage spaceship with a Chevelle Malibu look and feel (and smell of old car panel with aged soft seats). P90 pickups. Steampunk vintage sci-fi.

Sweet guitars.
Awesome play! Seriously
What's not to like? The blue one seems extra special.
oh God, those P90s! Sound fantastic!
I'm loving the headstocks, they look very Fano-y!
_jordeh strange that they're allowed to do that.
It's not an exact copy I guess. Still looks really nice, very different to most headstocks nowadays.
If Friedman sells the pickups I want a set of P90s right now. Sweet!
Talk about dream guitars 😍
love you guys! great video- great guitars!! would be great to do a comparison video with a custom tele around the same price!
nice guitars - also liking the headstocks
The blue p90 loaded one is so similar to my main guitar, a Tele Deluxe Black Dove, same woods too. It's cool to see more T-style guitars with p90s in.
Now that's a Tele I could get into. Black satin body, black guard, rosewood fretboard, and P90s. I could run with that.
Epic sounding guitars! The big boy companies have a lot to live up to after hearing those.
Outstanding..
That Bloody intro.... *Clapping
Today Danish Pete will mainly be David Gilmour... Great intro jam :)
holy cow do these things sing! I'll never be able to afford one. but damn it, i want one!
Going through the same throat issue as Mick(and I'm a singer). Feel better, mate! (oh and PS the last 2 jams gave me ideas for song lyrics. thanks!!)
Several lessons in why mids are so important
Have you two ever considered using a 'Beat buddy' or a 'Trio Plus' as a back up when jamming?
The intro jam is sick
Do the friedman cali guitars please!!!
You should make a video showing best jams in all videos or in every year!!!
Seriously, where is the Andertons compliation album? I'd pay good money for that
On the blue one, MW stands for Metallic Blue with a Pearl White guard.
does pete have his own channel because he plays like a fucking master
Video about sustains on diffrent distances from amp ! That would be cool.
That blue one has got the mojo!
Love it.
Oh yes!
Hints of Heartbreaker (Grand Funk Railroad) in the intro jam. Great sound. I thought I liked the P-90 model, but then Pete played the others - somehow they all came through better on his channel/amp/mic. No issue, I can't afford them anyway.

I knew that the Friedman amps are Marshall oriented, but didn't know that they also copy the sounds of a new digital Marshall. :D
everything past 16:50 gave me straight eargasm
Love these guitars - but would like to get one that isn't pre-aged
Cant you link the pedals that Pete is using?
Please!
I played a Friedman Strat and it had the most difficult-to-bend strings I've ever played. The strings also seemed pretty "vintage" for a new guitar.
CNCTEMATIC the white one or sunburst? Good to know they were stiff. That's a lot of $$$ for a stiff guitar. The necks are too big too.
Holy cow that intro... :,( I noticed those guitars have a very slight vintage tone...
Love the Gary Moore/David Gilmour intro holy crap
Best Friedman Demo in a Long time!
Nice screw between the P90s there!
Well thought out guitars they seem!
Very expensive though...
I wonder if they could just ditch the aging part and maybe lower the dough needed.
