I like to add having at the very least a basic level of competence in self-defense. You NEED to be able to protect yourself and your loved ones, if you can't do the first you obviously can't do the second.
Most of self-defense just gives a fake feeling of capability. Id recommend fight sport instead (mma, muay thai, box)
i believe this is just an extreme form of "staying cool under chaos" - the first step of self-defense is always to assess the situation correctly. you can train a martial art, learn to use a firearm, or have a burglary alarm set up in your home, but when push comes to shove, you have to know whether to fight, flight or bargain, and know how to do each as well as you can.

I prefer a blend of verbal judo, self defence and MMA, especially Muay Thai.

It’s great to have. I’m learning jiu jitsu and kickboxing right now and even tho I get my ass kicked a lot as a white belt and rookie, I feel more in control. Also, it teaches you humility and hard work.
Driving SAFELY is the key. A lot of guys think driving recklessly will impress people, but it won't. That's not good driving. There are so many misconceptions about what good driving is.

I recently had a conversation with friends (guys and gals) about attractive skills, and almost all ladies said being able to dance was a big yes. Not even dancing that well, but being confident in your dancing skills. That a lot of guys aren't per se good dancers, but having the guts to go and dance is very attractive.
I'm thinking about going for a dancing class once I move in a month (probably something streetdance ish, I don't really feel like going to Latin dance classes where you have to dance with a partner all the time. Breakdance looks super cool but also pretty difficult, and I really like electro swing freestyle, but I never found anything offline and I don't have the determination to do it at home), to add to my workout routine.
I would recommend thinking about it, it's a great add to exercise, and gives you more control over your body and also helps a lot with posture, dance in generally makes you a lot happier, and most girls definitely love a guy who can dance.
There are a lot of dance styles, so you can pick whatever feels more for you. If you have a partner, maybe you can go together to a salsa class or something like that (I'm thinking of maybe dragging along a couple of friends so it doesn't feel too awkward in the beginning. Plus it's fun to do together. Plus also really hope I'll meet more people, I don't really have a lot of friends atm (also due to moving).
I even feel it's something you'd enjoy for the rest of your life, one of my biggest reasons I want to learn is that I'd love the idea I'd be able to dance with my partner when I'm of old age.

yeah, I'm not a good dancer but I have basics in Salsa/Bachata and this one time, I was dancing with a girl in a club. I could really lead her and she was impressed by it.

Oh hell yes this is the way guys. But very important: if you want to show your skills to someone to impress them, don't do it like it's on a to-do list, but let them discover your skills over a longer period of time. Talking about that, the more time you take on someone, the better the chances are to make it. Oh, and don't learn any of the skills if you don't really want it, it's important to really like what you're doing and you don't need to get into every skill from this list to become attractive. Most important: be yourself.

Those are all great skills and you should definitely master them for yourself to become just overall a more fulfulled person, however it is foolish to believe that those skills are considered atttactive by women. trust me, im speaking from experience as guy who speaks 3 langueges, drives a car quite well, is somewhat handy, loves animals and having a decent sense of humor i get absolutely fucking zero game, unlike my friend from college. maybe thats cause i cant play a musical instrument, but neither can he, he just drives and AMG Mercedes and lives in his parents’ mansion
There is no doubt that having skills like the ones mentioned in the video will increase your attractiveness and earn you higher respect. However it doesn’t mean that you will be surrounded by women if you have them because at the end of the day the 4 things that matter the most are: looks, personality, status and game

I would add a unique, versatile and well-thought out sense of fashion. You dont want to dress amd groom yourself like youre still in highschool. You want to look like you put some thought and pride in your looks. This will turn heads in a crowd because you wont just be like every other guy with a misfit t-shirt and board shorts/jeans that dont match.

@cyberyousef7519 well, I think that partially what you are saying is similar to what I wrote because you stated that both men and women seek something "subconsciously", for evolutionary reasons, in the other one. The think I disagree with is picturing the sexual and affective relationships between the sexes like "women have to be physically attractive to be 'competitive' and it's not a problem if they are not intereshing while men should on developing an attractive and charming personality". While I think this vision is partially true, to some extent guys tend to feel attracted instantly based on appearance while women on status/idea of the personality. But this is just a fraction of the reality. Personality and appearance play an important role both in female and in male attraction and while both semesters are probably pulled toward something that has an evolutionary reproductive cause, we develop such "superstructures" that you can be attractive to someone even totally different from what would be optimal from an evolutionary standpoint. So I think the main message to spread should be, no to maximize those features that allow you to statisticaly get more casual flings, or at least not to solely do that. But instead, to work on yourself first off for you, to be happy and contempt. (Part of this is based on the sexual and romantic encounters you have, I know this)

Thankfull everyone can be attractive almost solely based on skills. Man, woman, and everything in between. But the most fundemental skill to know if you aren't super attractive (and frankly, even if you are), is getting past first impressions, since people are only able to gleam so much from first impressions, and all animals, humans included, have evolved to make impressions based solely on looks (and in humans, this trait has evolved socially), this is the reason why racism is so prevalant in many societies, and it's the reason why looks are taken seriously by many. But the more you get to know someone, the less their looks matter to you. So getting past this barrier is important, and an average person with skills, and an "attractive personality" will be, in the long run, a lot more attractive to people they're close to, than someone who just looks good.

@@authorttaelias4483 what I recommend is learning what the language has for you (what writing system it uses, how different it is from English, how hard it's grammar is, what it can bring if you learn it, etc.) then having a great reason to learn it. Begin learning the writing system(s) and basic words too, then begin learning and trying to formulate basic sentences. Bring a flash card deck where ever you go so you can use it instead of your phone. Sign up for a beginners' class too, instructors help a lot with guiding where you need to go for your linguistic journey.
