      Yes, his laugh fascinates me, especially when Parkinson mentioned that the ghost might have been one of his ladies come back to retrieve her clothes, love it!!

      youtube deleted part 2 because richard mentions a situation way back with sammy davis junior in which sammy was insulted about his race in a theater show whilst with harris at the time and harris stood up for him....but in the interview harris mentions the derogatory term for black.

    I’ve known Richard to stretch the truth on times ,the one he tells about loosing the address while delivering a bridge . I’ve heard
    Pat O’Brien tell the same story as a joke .

    Poor Mr Harris, he never knew that the 'ghost' was simply trying to remind him that he isnt like you or I. But something else.
    Anyone who is great at anything on planet Earth isnt that by chance or particular hard work but a repeated cycle of infinite illustration of art or science or anything people will go out of their way to notice or applaud.
    He knows now of course, but living he didnt. Stout modest fellow!

    Maybe Harris got the idea of the ghost story out of Theodor Fontane's novel Effi Briest, in which Baron von Instetten tells his young spouse Effi about a ghost in their house in order to keep her under control.

    +1815brian The same bigotry, sexism etc are all still around now, except they have P.R management and told what to say and what not to say.
