    Great content…I love the Warren Buffet quotes…..also like the discussion about how there’s so many bad actors in the financial space and index funds are the way to go

    So, just avoid all current signs…high interest rates, unaffordable homes, National debt over 100% of GDP, two wars, and a contentious Presidential election around the corner…and the Dow Jones just made all time highs. So, what is your basis for investing currently in stocks, when I can beat inflation with CDs/treasuries…past performance?

      I think you miss the point. They aren’t short term investors. They believe in the long term of the marketplace. There will always be and always has been drama going on

      The obvious question is: Why has Buffett amassed such a huge cash stockpile? He provided an answer at Berkshire's shareholder meeting. Buffett stated, "I don't mind at all under current conditions building the cash position. When I look at what's available in equity markets and the composition of what's going on in the world, we find it quite attractive."
