The fold over method is how I’ve eaten hot dogs my whole life! I prefer it over buns, we couldn’t afford buns, we used sliced bread for hamburger buns too!
I doubted the large amount of relish at first, but it balanced the whole salad out and made the flavors pop! Thank you for the recipe - I made it and it's delicious!
I happen to have a whole uncooked chicken that I'll roast. I like green onions, and toasted pecans. I like cranberries in it too! I love chicken salad too! Thanks Chef!

Last year I discovered making chicken salad with Costco’s roasted chicken. The only difference, I also diced green bell peppers and celery. I also use small chopped green onions. Thank you once again.

When I do this, my wife eats a couple slices of breast in a sandwich, I eat a leg quarter and the rest goes into chicken salad. Since I'm the one making it, I also get to enjoy the crispy baked skin and get to pick the meat off the bones.Thanks man! We got so much in common and I'm lovin' it!

That’s why I eat mine into a fold over. And I’m not a raw onion eater right now eat the celery. So I’ll make mine with celery but exactly like you make yours. That’s the way my mama and granny did it and that’s the way I do it. You cook just like me I was raised. Love it!

I grew up eating this same way.. But Dukes was a household staple and I still buy it to this day.. ..
I use Dukes also! If u put celery in your salad, cut up fine. That way you don’t get a chunk of celery.
Don’t like the flavor or taste of celery no matter the size
