I am so so so happy and internally feel LOVE!! Every day. My old self experienced rape for 15 years by my father and was able to break through, confronted him, and told him I forgave him before he died. I am free, I am God, and I feel his DNA in my cells like there's nothing else I ever want to feel. Before knowing about this reality I use to be drawn to Albert Einstein's sayin which was " I want to be like God, Everything else are just details " Then I understood why I was drawn to those words. I have read and follow Dr Joe, Dr Deepak, Dr Wayne Dyer, and so many people spirits that I think alike and help me stay in that zone environment. I LOVE THEM and VERY GRATEFUL FOR THEM. Very true. I started meditation, hypnotherapy sessions 13 years ago and I cannot believe how much my life has changed. I've gone from being a nurse working in a hospital to owning a successful property company. I own a multi million dollar property in Barbados and have achieved everything I have ever dreamed of, and so much more

you've got this. check in on your feelings every 10-30 mins and course correct. say in thought "I don't need to feel good because I feel good. I don't need to be joyous because I am joyous, etc" and you will be without expectation, lifting your vibration so high that you're ready to burst. practice makes perfect

It literally scorched my old skin away and burnt off all the extra bs I never needed, stripped me down and I fought my way out with the thought of providing compassion to those that aren't seemingly deserving of it.. basically treat everyone with true compassion and it's ascended me past tangible things.. I can't even ask for more it feels better than anything to make impacts in others life's. I literally became obsessed with it in my spirit as if I was already living abroad. In October 2024, we were boarding a plane and we are now living in the Philippines. The Universe is always giving. Access the feeling as often as you can. Start with once a day when you first wake up. Then move to once after meals. You are training your mind to access a feeling at will. You will get better with more practice. If you have a bad day or week, start again with a few minutes when you wake up. Treat it as play. Enjoy the feeling of having the new house (relationship, job, car, money), choose the wallpaper, find furniture you like. I can't feel how it would feel, I cant imagine what my life would be like. I can't imagine what my body language and habits would be if I lived my life they way I prefer. I have a strong imagine, but I am fully incapable of this part of manifesting my reality . I been working at it for almost 15 years. I really feel having bpd is a big factor of all that.
Feeling something you don't know ... phew ... Perhaps we have to proceed in small steps. I'm thinking about starting way before that, maybe one can feel first of all the happiness and gratitude of being able to feel it for the first time in life (even if you can't yet) and put all the other stuff off until later?

Feeling is the KEY. Visualization is the door to our desired reality; we make it the size, color, shape we want and place it where we want. The KEY to opening the door is the feeling. Keeping the KEY close to us slowly grants us access to the other side...if lost, the goods may be lost.

I can't feel how it would feel, I cant imagine what my life would be like. I can't imagine what my body language and habits would be if I lived my life they way I prefer. I have a strong imagine, but I am fully incapable of this part of manifesting my reality . I been working at it for almost 15 years. I really feel having bpd is a big factor of all that.

I'm thinking about starting way before that, maybe one can feel first of all the happiness and gratitude of being able to feel it for the first time in life (even if you can't yet) and put all the other stuff off until later?
