    Jon Jones also uses tons of grappling feints that go into a spinning elbow. Saw a replay not too long ago against Rampage, it's a devastating shot.

    Great video,i'm gonna use the feint of the sw kick to a 1-2 today in sparring, but what I most use is the jon jones feint (fake takedown or touch his leg with my hand and spining elbow or spining back kick it really works for me) i was hoping to see that in this video but this are pretty awesome too! another thing I like to utilize, especially in later rounds when you're breathing heavy is timing attacks off your opponents breath. you see the little breath out, boom hit him with a combo because he can't expend that much power because his breath is out. tried this out in sparring and it's really effective with a blitz combo ended with a leg kick

    Same in badminton. You fake a smash when in fact you do a drop shot. In badminton you need your entire body to fake a smash to make it look real. And you need also to use your wrist very well to do the drop shot in the end. And In badminton you can delay your smash. You jump up to the air and pause for a very short moment when you are still in the air before you actually launch your smash. That a little bit of delay will cause your opponent to time your smash wrong.

KSI versus Joe Weller (two famous RUclipsrs) set up a pretty fun bout with an exciting press conference prior to fight night a few weeks ago. Now Internet is blowing up with who KSI should fight next. Declare the challenge, bro!

    Shane do you think i should bench heavier than 210lbs,cuz i heard someone say benching heavy slows down our punches cuz the massed up chest gets in the way?,if you can please reply i need to know this.

    • @Mo-dd5cp
      @Mo-dd5cp 6 лет назад +2

      Jesse Mccrossen don't just lift weights because you would get very stiff. But doe explosive workouts too and the benchpress would be no problem. I have a bigass chest but because of the explosive workouts i do i still manage to hit very hard. Just look at Brock Lesnar as example. He benchpresses like 500 pounds and still hit like a fucking truck. Or look at franciss N'Gannou. Also big guy. But if you choose to only lifting weights you would get stiff meaning you wouldn't punch that hard. Like i said, explosive workouts.

    Is it actually necessary to raise your arm up like that for the feint, on the jab and cross? It seems like a bit of wasted movement. I always just opted to roll the shoulder forward and let out the typical hiss noise. I'm worried that by raising the arm up it's a bit risky in that the glove might cover your eye and you won't spot counter hooks coming? Cheers

    you are wrong in the part where you said that after a feint you have to commit to the next shot. when you have good reflexes you can counter feints so you can mix the feint with a weak shot and a strong one so he can not expect it.

    I like all of these techniques, but the last one if probably my favorite, especially against taller opponents because many of them underestimate me because of my height (or lack thereof) and think that I would pussy out. The last thing they expect is for me to turn around and have a roundhouse kick meet their extended knee. And that is exactly what they would get. :D
