- Saturday, September 25, 2021, 2:04PM EST, Prince Frederick, Maryland is where I shot all of the response footage. The fire was taking place in the Huntingtown/Chesapeake Beach area. Anne Arundel County & Charles County came to Calvert County to assist with this fire.
Call details: 2 Alarm 3 Story Fully Involved Structure Fire. The fire started in the basement and worked up towards back of the first floor. Afterwards, it engulfed a propane tank, causing it to explode. A few minutes later, the basement and 1st floor became engulfed and then a second propane tank in the house exploded, taking out the rest of the house. A firefighter was injured during this fire so he had to be transported by Huntingtowns crew for a leg injury, other than that he (or she) was just fine. I personally don’t know what exactly started the fire unfortunately. This fire took place in the Huntingtown/Chesapeake Beach area. It was a quiet day so I was in the house watching Squid Games on Netflix when this call went out so I had missed a small amount of units, but I got the ones that I missed returning. Most of the units that were passing through my area I got on video thankfully.
