I went to this Luau in June. My teenagers loved it and said they would definitely do this Hawaiian experience again. Intimate, entertaining, and educational.
My husband and I went to this Luau in February 2022 and got the VIP package. We visited the waterfall and watched people swim in it. The food was great and the entertainment was even greater. I tried to learn how to swing the balls. It's a lot harder than it looks. I participated in some of the other activities and there was one for men on how to peel and cut a coconut. I even braided palm leaf strips to make a head band. And the drive from our Honolulu hotel was absolutely breathtaking. And everyone on this island is friendly. But the water in Waikiki beach was super duper COLD.
We visited Toa in mid-August and loved it! What a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this luau. The food was delicious and the the whole experience was so worth it! We’ll always remember our first luau! Thank you Toa!
Wow, it was amazing meeting you guys there and had Such a great experience . It definitely felt like family. Uncle was amazing! He even let my fiance dry his wet clothes there from the water fall so we don't have to walk back to the car. Definitely support this family owned business. You wouldn't be disappointed.
Been watching a lot of yall's videos and more. I was able to book the Toa Luau for this Monday 29th and we are very exited to be there soon! Keep up the amazing videos comming!
Thank you for the recommendation, as usual. I went to PCC and I enjoyed it alot. But, I definitely look forward to visiting TOA Luau on my future visit to Hawaii!
@@Livingtheglobe Yes! Our group was sitting all the way in the back! (To your right) Our cousin Emily talked to you guys! I enjoyed all of it but the food and performance was 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻!
2 days ago I booked this Luau for November; based on 5 star Yelp reviews everyone seemed to love it! I couldnt decide between the Polynesian Cultural Luau or Toa Luau.. it was a difficult choice.
We went to this luau 3 weeks ago for our wedding anniversary/vow renewal vacation. We had an amazing experience, the food is ono, the staff were very attention and provided us with excellent customer service. We were asked if we wanted more food. I love that they celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, honeymoons, and life with you. The staff were friendly and welcoming! My family and I were entertained the whole entire event. I highly recommend Toa Luau and we will definitely be back when we visit again. Thank you Toa Luau for sharing your culture and making us feel like family. Thank you “Just Be Out” for doing a review on this place!!
Hi, we are watching for updates daily in regard to the pandemic and the Governors suggestion to cancel vacation plans. My husband and I are due to come to Hawaii 9/16/21. Can you tell me if it looks as if he will close the beaches and if we should cancel our plans? Thank you, love your videos!
The seats were in fact great! We had a Gold package. Please use our link if you decide to book it www.viator.com/tours/Oahu/Toa-Luau-at-Waimea-Valley/d672-64093P2?pid=P00098232&mcid=42383&medium=link&medium_version=selector
I would attend this Luau when I come back to Hawaii everything look so good Mahalo cheeeeee hoooo 👍🤟👍🤟I’ll be in Mexico on Friday but will try to be on if not I’ll watch the replay
I would love to attend this luau. I have been to other luaus, but I would really like to attend this one. Even though I have been to Oahu several times, there are many attractions that I have not seen yet.
New viewer here! I was searching random vids about Oahu/Waikiki and came across your channel. Binged watch couple of vids already. Do you know if we can fly drone in Oahu/Waikiki area as well as Ho’omaluhia botanical garden? Is there any restrictions? Thank you so much for your informative vids and for keeping us posted in regards to restrictions/lockdown updates.
You must get permits for any photography/videography for anything other than personal use on the islands......even for content. Any drone footage requires a commercial drone license usually anywhere other than privately owned property in most states. It is a federal regulation.
I'm wondering and already asked in your walk through video, how can we get to the valley from Waikiki without a rental car? It seems as though this could end late, so is public transportation an option? 😊
Hi, Michele! There is a bus that stops next to it but you would have to walk about 10 min to the entrance. There is a bus back at about 9pm and 10pm so it is possible. It takes 2 hours to get back to Waikiki we did not want to be on the bus that late and rented a car from Turo
Aloooha! The prices are $115 $145 and $175 for adults :) We did not want to give away too much so you can enjoy the experience. Is there anything else you would like to know about ToaLuau? We will be talking more about it tomorrow live
We'll be in Hawaii in September and I would love to go to this luau but it seems too risky with the pandemic. If the Governor isn't allowing weddings or funerals, I don't understand how luau's like this would be considered safe. It's very unfortunate because I would LOVE to do this!
Would you attend this Luau? Or have you? Lets us know! Mahalo
Aloha! We have reservations to go on October 6. We’re crossing our fingers, toes and eyes hoping it will happen for us.
We will be in Oahu 9/1-9/9 and sold out. Bummer!!!
keep checking, some people cancel :)
Hope so too!
Hi I would to to attend, I do have a question do they have transportation from Waikiki or what’s the best transportation method on how to get there?

We attended in July. It was fantastic! Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
We agree! 100%
Just went in august, it was my first one and had a great time. I’m glad they serve alcohol unlike certain “other” luaus I won’t mention
Aloha, Fred :) Yes, they are drinks are pretty good! If you are referring to PCC, I think it's because they are located in a mormon community

I went Chief's Luau. We had fun, but this one looks more informative.

We are going to the chief luau the week of sept 12th 4 years ago We did the diamond head luau do you think chief will be better ?
We are sure you will enjoy it! How did you like the Diamond Head Luau?
G family will be there this week end 😛
We're booked to visit Honolulu on oct 23 to 27. Do you think ok to go.
Is transportation provided with extra cost to Toa Luau?
Unfortunately, no transportation :(
Is it better to go mid day or evening?
Evening is best
U said they give complimentary ticket to Waimea valley. With cultural activities before food and dinner, will there be time to check out the valley.
Did you happen to see our full review?
@@Livingtheglobe Yes
Ok, so if you bought tix. The valley opens at 10am so you would want to get there I’d say at least 2-3hrs to walk the valley before the show

In all honesty, there is really no bad seat in the house. But yes, the close you are to the action the better the experience.
