  • The plaintiff used to date the defendant after she separated from her husband. In total, the plaintiff says he gave the defendant over 80 different loans for personal expenses like gas and cigarettes. Unfortunately, the defendant has not yet paid back the loans, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she accepted the money, but some of the loans were gifts, and she didn’t agree to pay back everything.

I don't know how in 1 month the lady couldn't have taken the so-called $2,000 she claims to already have in her possession to pay for the vehicle and went to a car dealership to get one on a down payment. Judge Mathis got this one wrong. He should've said the lady had plenty of time to get another vehicle. Neither had anything in writing about the car.

    • @shanellwyche4668

You can’t repo the vehicle if he admitted in court he sold her the vehicle and admitted that he ONLY took it back because he saw her with her husband at Walmart and alleged drug usage on her end. Without proof of drug usage in the car or a damaged vehicle (by showing pictures) so he messed up his own case and then knit-picking through the funds he gave her. Showing $100 or more loans on his bank history would’ve been more believable. But come on now $5 for cigarettes and $1 for juice $1 for gas $3 for gas. That’s a gift not a loan💯🤷🏾‍♀️😒🙄😂

@@shanellwyche4668 My thing is she never paid anything on the car. She was borrowing it with the intention to buy it. The sale didn't even begin without the first payment.
He also said the loans added up to 5000. Which means there had to be several high value loans. JM just didn't acknowledge it or even gave him an opportunity to mention it. He was only focused on the $1 loan he saw.

Judge was looking for a way to rule against plaintiff when he said defendant husband was his friend and he cheated with his friends wife but didn’t take in to account defendant didn’t have her kids but husband was living with her which means the state or family has her kids and then drugs judge know if she would’ve got pulled under influence or with drugs in car then a repo would’ve taken place

This court is not rooted in morality she is clearly manipulative but the fact remains he couldn’t prove those were loans and he performed an illegal car repo. She is smarter than both her husband and his friend and she had the winning case 😢

People like the defendant who constantly say “OK” at the end of every sentence is to confirm you believe the lie so she can continue to the next lie. The plaintiff is slow.
