Thank you Bruce for the On Pointe advice🙏Since my transition to Hawaii I have been making space each day to tune into the Reiki Flow through self healing sessions 🌈I am also praying for Guidance and asking for the doors to be open for connection to other Reiki Masters❣️
Definitely in self doubt and I’m not ever going to be good enough or smart enough or energetically compatible enough to do good for others. I am working on myself daily but I definitely have a lot of self doubt to work through.

I decided that I must learn how to do Reiki when I was 19 and had my first session, but didn't actually "get around to doing it" for another decade, because I was so busy working myself out and deep diving into all sorts of internal happenings. I am definitely kinder and more compassionate for it. Now at 33, I've finally managed to do both Reiki I and II. I really feel like I'm on the right path, and started advertising locally a few weeks ago. Learning about how to run a business is a lot, and I appreciate all the info I can get.

Thank you for the comment. I respectfully disagree that it is wrong to view Reiki as a career. I'm in Japan now and have been working with my teacher, who is a monk, and his sessions aren't free. Money is an exchange just like everything else and it is part of the energy of the universe. The only harm stems from greed IMO. I hope that helps
I opened up in Jan 2023, and i love what I do..Life Path Reiki and Healing Arts. But...the big but..I can't even afford a studio apartment for me and my son. I wish I made just enough to survive. This isn't survivable money. I even volunteer at a hospice and nothing seems to be working. Frustrated indeed
Thanks for the post Karen and sorry to hear this. For me when I was starting out I was working full time as a teacher and slowly starting my Reiki career over ~ two years. And during that time always keeping to the self practice first and foremost. I hope that may help a bit with your journey
