The antics during performance is part of the act, but can lead to hostility. Musicians can grow , and learn from each other. Nothing wrong with fierce competition but dont let these battles turn school rivalries into fights and violence.

None the less, where was the attention to detail on red? Quint player standing like he got something shoved up his ass, Drum heads are mismatched. Seems like its all visual rather than musical.
For me green by far,they won me over with the first three that played before the whole band with how crisp and clear it was and how amazing their technique with how they looked exactly like one person which is what you want. Then after that it was game over for me once the rest of the drumline joined in 😂😻 but they were all amazing
I played tri toms in hs, but always knew the snare drummers were highlight of drumline. Its just good to see young ppl have passion for an art , music and a break from video games and tv.

Green had extremely clean snare playing, but I feel red had better bass splits. Overall they are bother terrific drumlines. I did feel that green had nicer equipment, which may have accounted for their sound being superior.

Stockbridge is playing more beats and it’s on paper. All that hopping around and chanting is cool, but that don’t win battles. Jonesboro definitely sounds good, but chops win for me buddy. Same thing happened at Dutchtown when SHS battled them.. them boys had they whole crowd to their advantage, but couldn’t out chop Stockbridge. Are we going to talk about how my boy Matt tried to chop one on one, straight rudiments and nobody was with it? Oh ok...and for whoever said “Newton has a trophy bro”... lmao as you can see... nobody was trying to battle them boys... niggas with real percussive knowledge knew that 3rd place trophy was wig and they wasn’t ready for JHS nor SHS.
