3 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp of Lemon juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Other ingredients:
1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp of Chopped Garlic
1/4 cup of Sliced Red Onions
1/4 cup of Sweet corn
1/2 cup of Halved Cherry Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp of Italian Seasoning
