  • Hello and welcome to another video! In today’s video, I’ll be showing you how to make lasagna with my daughter.
    --------------------------
    Ingredients:
    • 2.5 pounds of ground beef
    • 1 pound of lasagne pasta noodles
    • 2 cans of tomato sauce
    • 1 small can of tomato paste
    • 1 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon of basil
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 1/2 a teaspoon of salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
    • 3 cloves of garlic minced
    • 1/2 a small onion sliced
    • Parsley to garnish
    • 4 cups of water
    • Ricotta cheese
    • White sharp extra cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 a mozzarella cheese
    • 4 oz. parmesan cheese
    --------------------------
    Steps:
    1. Then set your Power XL to “Sauté” preset on 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Then pour a little oil and wait for it to get hot. In a separate pot, pour your 4 cups of water into the pot with a little oil; more water may be needed. When the water starts to boil add in your lasagne pasta.
    2. When your oil is hot, add in your 1/2 a sliced onion and let it sauté, until it’s semi translucent. When it’s cooked down a bit, add in your minced garlic and let them cook until they turn golden brown. When it’s golden brown, then add your ground beef and stir it up until it’s fully cooked. When your water boils, add in your lasagne pasta noodles.
    3. Now that your meat is cooked, add in your 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Then just mix it up. Then add in your 1 can of tomato paste and mix it up. After mixing that up, add in your 2 cans of tomato sauce and mix it up. Once you mixed it up, add in your 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 a teaspoon of basil, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika. Then mix it up. When everything is combined and mixed well, press cancel and take it out.
    4. Then grab your pan and pour a little sauce at the bottom so it doesn’t burn. Next, place your pasta as the bottom layer. Then spread your meat over the pasta noodles. Then spread your ricotta cheese over the meat and sauce. Next, add your mozzarella, parmesan, and white cheddar cheese. Then add your next layer in the same order as the first.
    5. When all your layers of lasagna are done, set your Power XL to the “Bake” preset on 325 degrees for 12 minutes. When it’s done you can sprinkle it with a little bit of parsley.
    --------------------------
And your done! I hope you enjoyed today’s video! Super yummy and a nice dinner to go with a salad. Make sure to like, comment, or subscribe! Thanks for watching!

I absolutely love your presentations and have learned a lot regarding recipes and cooking with the Power XL. Keep up the great work!
Quick note...the manual for the Power L Air Fryer Grill states under safeguards (number 28) not to use cooking spray directly on surface of cooking pan or grill as they are already non stick. The spray will shorten their performance making it harder to clean over time. Also says to let pan cool down before cleaning. I have the deluxe model which has an upgraded iron grill plate with accessories and cleaning has been super easy. Using a thermometer is also recommended on bigger items so you don't have to take them out and put them back in if not cooked properly.

Looks good, but you need to drain that grease from the meat off first! You're supposed to sprinkle some parmesan or Romano over each layer of sauce. The spoon would have been a better choice for spreading the ricotta.
