    Join me as I show you my special lasagna recipe!
    9 lasagna strips (add 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon or one cube to water)
    1 pack ground beef
    2 bratwurst sausage links chopped into small pieces
    1 pack beef bouillon
    2-3 cups pasta sauce (making mine homemade)
    4-5 cloves of garlic minced
    2-3 cups mozzarella cheese
    2 cups ricotta cheese
    2 eggs beaten
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoons onion powder
    1 teaspoons oregano
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    Half a teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    Preheat Oven to 375
    Step 1: Add chicken bouillon to the water bring lasagna noodles to a boil. Add a tiny dash of oil to keep noodles from sticking together.
    Step 2: Cook your ground beef along with bratwurst. Drain
    Add your pasta sauce to the mix
    sprinkle some garlic and onion powder along with half a pack to a pack of beef bouillon.
    Step 3: In a bowl, mix your ricotta cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, Italian seasoning,
    garlic and onion powder along with your eggs.
    OPTIONAL: You can add some mozzarella cheese to your ricotta mixture if you like.
    Step 4: In a glass or aluminum baking tray lay out 3 lasagna noodles and cover with a layer of your meat sauce. Add a few tablespoons of the ricotta cheese mixture spaced out evenly. Repeat 2 more times. Top last layer with mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for about 35-45 minutes at 375 degree heat. Different ovens vary. In the video I said 45 minutes but the cheese will be cheesier if cooked a few minutes less as I later learned! Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving if you like.
