Rob on braille is the crossover no one knew we needed
I knew it
@@brailleskateboarding YESSSS!!!
best yt crossover ever
Truth
You nailed it. That’s what I came here to say lol
Rolling away from that first drop in is such an awesome feeling. Stoked!
rob is an expert that is always willing to learn, so cool to see him out of the comfort zone when he is usually the most skilled person in the room haha love these vide
Totally! We loved having him film with us because he is just so darn talented it was easy to teach him skateboarding and was really fun to learn some rollerblading
Watching Rob hang out with braille is so fun, I love these collabs.
We had so much fun hanging out with him!
Rob videos are so wholesome!
Believe in yourself ✨
Does the legend Ricky reply?
Ricky you’re an absolute chad
@@oldskoolskate5467 I got a reply once, I haven’t washed my thumbs since
Ricky Braille didn’t like your comment xd
As a musician, skateboarder, and youtube addict, I have been LOOOOOOVING these videos with Rob, very unexpected, and super friggin cool
Glad you enjoyed them!
I have really been enjoying the Braille/Rob Scallon crossover event.
We had a lot of fun filming with him
As a 27 year old new to skateboarding, this is so inspirational
I'm 29 and haven't skated since I was like 15. Just got a new board cause my 4 year old wants to be able to skate and I'm the type of dad that is doing the stuff my kid wants to do with him, so if he wants to start skating, I'll see how little ive retained and break my whole body to make him happy xD
@@Honey_Daddy your gonna be surprised lol I'm in the same boat Is you stopped skating when I was 17 im 30 now picked it back up about 4 months ago and im back to where I was when I quit skill wise. The first month or two is pretty wobbly but then that muscle memory starts kicking in and its almost like you never quit just picked back up where you left off
Awesome
I love how everyone is so supportive of each other, haven’t had friends like that in my life since I was a teenager
It is one really great part of our team, we act like a TEAM
Rob is a renaissance man. Seeing his hesitation after attempts before, shows you just how difficult and rewarding skating can be.
Congratulations to Rob Scallion, wherever he is the world, for becoming officially a skateboarder
I believe he is back home in Chicago!
@@brailleskateboarding I think you're talking about Rob Scallon, but SCALLION, now that's a true master.
@@Gio_Panda Indeed
I love that rob literally learns anything. Guarantee give him a month he’s joining Nigel with the scooter backflips!
Gotta get him back for that video!
Loving the vibes . When I first started skating in the early 90s it wasn't very friendly you were either poser or pro lol . I actually lost friends because I was progressing fast. Just got back on the board and it's been nothing but encouragement lately even at the local parks . Stoked
Yeah the 90s were kind of brutal! Glad you got back onto the board
this is exactly the same experience I've gone through as well! so much better these days. I guess the people that really survived the 90s are just dope people!
The best collaboration I didn't know I needed
" just head to the skateboard on some Wheels you'll have a great time!" I appreciate this sentiment so much.
Man I wish Chris could teach me how to skate OH WAIT I HAVE THE BRAILLE APP AND HE TOTALLY TEACHES ME HOW TO SKATE
Hahahahaha there you go!
awkward random kid moment had me weak af
As a new skater, with only about a month of experience, learning to drop in is something I'm trying to learn and seeing Rob, a youtuber I love doing it really helps.
Rob is such a cool dude
Can yall pls do a more specific video on how to pump in a bowl pls that would really help me out thanks
That sounds like a great one to have JD help us make
Just wanted to say that Chris is such a nice guy, i love his positive vibe :)
ty for the video
You are welcome, and yes, Chris is the best
Rob scallon is the man, sick video guys 👌
Thanks!
Now Rob needs to make a skate royalty free album for any skaters to use in videos
That's a really great idea!
As a rollerblader this is making me want to dust off my skateboard and try taking that out to the park next time. Really enjoyed these videos with Rob, think you made the right choice with him!
Definately a great guy
Awesome, get that board out of the back of the closet!
Y’all gotta bring Rob back! That dude SHREDS the braille house!!!
I just started back after a 18 year hiatus. I had a lot of anxiety about learning to drop in again but once you do it a few times you get over the mental barrier and you wonder why you were so intimidated to begin with.
So true! Glad you got started back!
This is crazy, I just found Robs channel like yesterday, and now braille drops this
Rob is one of the OGs, welcome to a fun channel!
@@kz.irudimen yeah I found him through his Theramin video, I've been working through that series, great stuff
Congrats Rob! Killed it, progressed a ton in a day. Funny dude too!
Rob/Braille content is my favorite content. Rob is such a cool and down to earth guy! His guitar skills are insane, wish I could play like him.
We couldn't agree more.
Gabe giving drop in advice is hilarious. I honestly think Rob would be able to make himself drop in on vert before Gabe.
Almsot 100% certain of this
Helps a lot just pumping back and forth in a half pipe (regular to fakie over and over) to get your weight transfer right and to work ur way up to bigger drop ins
This is so stinkin' wholesome, I love it so much
I'm loving these vids, especially with Rob. I'm also getting so many tips re-learning to skate.
Just got back in after 23 years . Never skated transition before. 5 mths progression killing it . Thanks braille been with you guys the whole way so far
You guys should do a FL tour. We have some new parks that are pretty gnarly. Field of dreams Melbourne FL.
man all of these rob vids makes me want to get blades
Rob gels so well with you guys!!
I never knew who Rob Scallon was before all these videos, and I'm so glad I found out about him. Thank you Braille!
Love this dude! He totally drops in like a rollerblader! Quick dip!
Loving robs deck graphic
Yes there is more!!!
Watching Rob drop in like a beast got me so pumped! You could here his excitement in his voice right after each drop in. Great video!
Thanks!
10:40......set a paced count down in your head and you MUST go on 3....when you land it, try it till you get it 3 times in a row.... congratulations, you committed to yourself and you've learned a new trick, on to the next one. It never stops so keep rolling people
Braille have been on fire with the collabs this year. More please!!
Thanks!
You can see how much the help you guys give inspires people and the lil joy in their eyes when they achieve this was an awesome episode!
Literally 2 of my favorite YT channels in 1! And it's way cool seeing Rob in the Bay! 🌉
Whoa. The Collab I didn't know I wanted!!
This video is about to be fire I can tell from the energy at the beginning
I love Rob’s energy 🤙🤙
Omg this still happening!!! Thank you so much guys
Pure joy while watching these crossovers!
More please!!!
Rob doing a video with Braille wearing a drumeo shirt. What an absolute unit.
Thats what I started from! No drop-ins, just roll down hills.
Can you guys keep Rob around please, this is so wholesome.
I did a semi drop in like Rob does at 8:00 behind this church, but this incline was 3 times as long. My brother said going down that pavement behind the church is harder than anything at the skate park. I'm too intimidated to go to the skatepark, but I think I might be ready.
u got it man!! just believe in urself and don’t hesitate an full send
I ordered a braille board for Christmas and it just got here, so excited to skate it
Congrats Rob. You are incredibly talented at skateboarding.
He is just talented all around!
Amazing video as always...
Love the energy
Sick vid love seeing rob shred something else what a natural
I'm 28, just starting in skateboarding. This is exactly what I needed to watch. Thanks guys. Rob is AWESOME!
Super inspiring video. Just last week I rode a bowl for the first time, but didn't learn to drop in. I just skated on the bottom from one end, kickturned on the slope and rode back. Thanks for this video, I'm going to go back to the skatepark in a couple of days and practice dropping in on some of the smaller ramps they have. Cheers!
Love you guyssss and u just made me like more skating
My first drop in was off 3 car tyres and a plank of laminate flooring. Still felt great
I wish we had something smaller at our skate park. I tried dropping in for the first time back in october and ended up dislocating my middle finger because I fell wrong falling forward. I learned I need to really take my time so after winter Im going to just practice alot and when I feel extra comfortable Im going to see if someone can help me get it down maybe by holding me like Rob had jaws a few times. Dropping in is my biggest goal with skateboarding.
At least you committed if you went over the nose. Most people drop in with too much weight on the back foot. I guess practice on a mini ramp halfpipe if you have one locally, just get accustomed to the feel of transitioning your weight. It'll come in time! Keep going, The first year I was skating I hurt every day lol, but you do improve with every week that passes.
This was such a cool, friendly video! Love you guys!!
I like that he had fun. that is the most important.
Right on rob keep at it!
awesome cool deck design !
So fun to see how freakin hyped Rob got, hes not to stop!
What a great collab I love Rob's channel
The crossover i never knew i needed and never in my life would have expected
Love to see rob out in the wild!!! I would fosho sub to robs second channel all about blading/skating.
no way. 2 of my favorite channels collabed!!! this is sweeeeettt.
This is awesome. You can see him really get addicted to it. "That's another video" and he's just like naw I'm gonna full send it. Love it.
I wish I could work for braille so badly. You guys are awesome 🤙🏻
This video really helped me on my path of becoming a skateboarder
I hope I get your merch it’s so cool and I love it and supporting the channel
The video we didn't know we all needed🔥
Really cool love your videos
The vibes on this… ❤️
Love your vids
amazing video guys
Just now learning how to drop in, this was a really helpful vid, Rob is a cool guy.
Glad to hear the video was helpful!
This was a rad video!
Nice flips you guys
Rob is a band group with a guitar that 🤘And star being a Skater double 🤘🤘on,trust in yourselves.
It's also nice to see another guitar playing skateboarder my age! 🤘
Rob scallon, the gitarist, who blades, who skateboards, with a drumeo shirt. This video is all sorts of awesome!
Yeah nice! I've recently started skating again after about 11-12 years since last time I been at a park. I learnt to drop in on a 4ft and at the same park learnt on a 10ft BUT for the life of me can't drop in on a 7ft but I can kickturn near the top. Idk it's probably just time I need to practice to get back to where I used to be.
You deserve your knighthood brother!!
braille, you could take a trip to brazil, they recently made the biggest track in latin america
Rob keep shredding
Yea I want to see him learn to ollie
I just got the braille skateboard and it’s amazing so affordable and smooth
I guess the bravery of all the new stuff Rob tries to expose himself to also helps for skateboarding fear! what a champ :D
Rob is such a wholesome dude 😊 🤘🏼
Agreed
Gotta say you guys are keeping me going, you made me want to learn to skateboard, so I got one and learnt to ollie in a week, typically I dislocated my knee ice skating the day I landed an ollie. Kind hard to keep the enthusiasm up but you guys are keeping me going through this and making me more eager to get on my board and learn... feels like such a long time away though.. any pointers?
Love from the UK
True renaissance man
rob seems like a cool down to earth guy, you guys should make more videos with him
More of rob please!
We made maybe 6 videos with him but he went back to Chicago, would love to have him back!
i never knew i needed this crossover
Now we need Chris on robs channel . Love to see them 2 jamming some guitar . I need some Mcnug-Djent 🤘
