I have several cases of Belom brass cased 7.62x39 I bought back in the day when it was cheap, got it at global ordinance. Still have several cases of it stowed away. They do still have it for two Benjamin's, one Grant and three Hamilton's for 480rds. I got mine for less several years ago but nothing is cheap nowadays. They have 1000rds of Sterling for five Benjamin's, one grant, one lincoln and four George's
I did test runs of this through my Tabuk Sniper. This rifle is zeroed for Hornady SST. It went bang every time and it didn't seem to be any less accurate than any others x39 that I tested that day (New Republic, Sterling, Belom, PPU). All of those loads were hitting low and too the left compared to the Hornady. They all fed flawlessly through a 10 round and a 30 round magazine, both from AC Unity.
Great video real world that’s what I like about channel. This is good ammo cheap enough around 11.00 box on online. I run it through Bear Creek side charging upper no issues 1 1/2 Moa.
I buy this when I see it, as it is usually under $15 per box, compared to some of the bigger brands like Federal, Remington, Hornady which run $25-$48 a box. Also see the Belom for about $15 a box. Not seeing the TulAmmo anymore which was $10 a box.
I've used it in my Chinese SKS with no problems. However, it doesn't seem as accurate as the M67 Yugoslavian surplus. Although it isn't corrosive like the Yugo is.
I definitely prefer minimal packaging, as what's the point in putting everything in big honkin trays?! It would be cool to see you chrono ammo too. Anyways, I wonder if Lacy has thunder in her mouth? Hah
Norma's a top shelf ammo. Just wondering, are you running a stock trigger on that AK ? If so consider upgrading...it's so much better. I upgrade my AR triggers also. Happy shooting.
@chrishynes6091 the MAK-90 has a stock polished trigger and hammer. The WASR has a Tapco polished trigger after I ditched the original FCG that had that awful trigger slap. Went with the ALG trigger on the Saiga 74.
I purchased 200 rounds of this ammo. I have four different firearms. Bolt actions and semiautos I have used it in. There have been many misfires. I would say out of a box of 20 rounds you will get 5 misfires. I have tried the rounds that did not fire in other rifles and they still will not fire. I would not buy this ammo again or recommend it.

That's where I got my Belom.
As always thanks for the video Johnny!
Good to know. Great seeing you again. Thanks.
We all need a mag-retriever!

Nice review. You would like the Belom 7.62x39. I’ll have to try the ats.

Glad the shoulder seems to be better!!!
@@Julian-bq9qv I used a "stunt double"...🤣🤣🤣
The only brass my Draco loves
The European Norma 7.62X39 has been realiable for me over the past 30 years, but not particularly accurate. I haven't tried their US made 7.62X39 yet
$13.99 per box at Cabelas.
Lol I’m from Navajo Rez. HELLO my friend
@rezzgoatrising1829 howdy! Hopefully my pronunciation is not too far off! 😄😄🤠🦬🦅🪶⛈️
LOVE that pup!!!!!!🥰🥰
A few years ago Norma was selling it for $7 a box on their web site. It’s nice ammo but not cheap anymore. But neither is Tula now…

PPU has non-corrosively primed reloadable m67 for pretty decent prices.

so top shelf their atlanta plant had 556 and 308 rounds that were falling apart or had wildly out of spec oal consistency?
Try Tella....8.99$ a box
@dougshelton69 would you believe no one around here sells it? Well, the ammo scalpers at gun shows do, but they want $20 a box for it...
@@praktikalnurse504 that's crazy...flip ammo..premium ammo..sell online
It has been proven to have corrosive primers and isn't any cheaper than the PPU reloadable 7.62x39.
@@dbmail545 bull snot bro..on my 2000 rnd count...not corrosive..tula ...hell yeah it is.. Kazakhstan makes a fine bullet
