figuring it out by ear is a really great skill to have, it can be tricky at first but the more you do it the easier it gets. its my guess that infusion probably doesn't use tab, though i can't be sure. great videos like this are handy for when you first start as you can see where abouts on the fretboard people are playing, and you can figure out the rest from there. good luck, its very rewarding!

Plus the fact that I know this bass line of young age (my mother can play this on the bass guitar) makes me like it more. You'll feel much better about yourself if you figure it out on your own than if you use tabs (which may be wrong anyway) Just try listening to it and you'll figure it out
