This is my first impression of the Boosted Stealth. After a motor went out on my V1 Dual, I finally decided to buy the Stealth while the v1 was in the shop. While this upgrade was not 100% necessary, I am sure happy I did! if you already own a great working dual plus, it might be best to save the money. However, if you're anything like me and you want the best of the best, then this is certainly for you.
I've just ordered a board for myself and couldn't be more excited.

First off, you're going to love the board. It has incredible torque and is super fast. The carbon board is a beauty to ride. Just be careful and take really close care of it. Over time, all of my boosted boards have ended up breaking down at some point or another requiring belt and motor replacements.belt changes are normal, but the motors are a hassel.

I felt the same way! Gen 1 was amazing but stealth is a whole new level. Glad you enjoy it. I'm getting my gen1 fixed as we speak!
Steven Ramon Films I just got mine back from the shop a couple days after I received my stealth. I did the same thing as you, sent gen 1 in for repairs and ended up purchasing the stealth lol. Sold my gen 1 when I got it back.
I think I'll keep mine! One put over 2k miles on it and have grown attached after 3 years lol

I totally skipped the v2 though I am sure you will be impressed without a doubt, the stealth still proves to be the top performer. The v1 is out of the question in comparison.

The range is fucking atrocious for a board that price.
The board has a 14 mile range. That's actually pretty darn good. Besides, the board wasnt meant for range.. it was designed for the impressive acceleration and quality of ride overall. If range is such a concern, you could carry a charger and take advantage of its fast charge capabilities or keep an extra battery to swap with with you. Hope this helps and thanks for commenting!
@@StevenRamonFilms There isn't a single boosted board out there capable of 14 miles. Maybe if you used it at walking pace?
Boosted is supposed to be a premium product. It should be premium in every regard but it woefully fails on range.
@sconnolly88 very true about boosted being a premium product. It does actually reach the 14 mile range as advertised when riding it conservatively and at the cruising speed modes. I believe this is around 10 mph which is equivalent to cruising on a bike. I have another board that promises 16 miles range but doesn't come close unless I'm riding it conservatively too. I dont believe there is a board out there that can provide a 14 mile range at 24.4mph. At least not now. And for what it's worth, nothing compares to the feel when riding a boosted board. I have 4 electric boards and hands down you can tell what is premium and what's not. I think this all comes down to preference. Theres cheaper options too such as the boosted plus or the mini series. I believe it is also worth the money. My 1st gen board is over 3 years old with over 2,500 miles on it and it still rides like a champ!
Better off with a Chinese board and leftover cash in your pockets.
Thanks for the comment. I own a Chinese board and it is definitely worth the money. Though if you're looking for the thrill of powerful acceleration, a boosted board with its belt motors out perform the torque of inhub. Not only that, the deck and materials used on the boosted is a whole new level of premium than others. I think both types of boards are good for what they are meant for. Boosted for the thrill of responsive acceleration and braking and in hub motors for range.
