He has amazing muscle definition and form that can only come from extremely rigid training. He was still very young here but his definition is what you’d expect from a more mature dancer. Such dedication deserves the success that came with it ❤️

Jimin's leg muscles are what I aspire to achieve. I've been doing many leg exercises, and while I know it will probably take a very long time to get to this level, I want to continue

His dancing skills are really impressive. His passion is very visible and elevates the performance. It’s nice to know that his talent got recognition and he grew up to be the fantastic Jimin we all know. I really admire the flow of his movements and the way that his body can express everything. Always a professional! I wish Jimin did more of contemporary dancing not only in his solo performances but also with the group.
Wow this performance is nearly flawless. For a person of this age, he has an incredible innate understanding of lines. The general fluidity with which he transitions from floor work to upright moves shows that he has some solid technique above that of a beginner/intermediate dancer, pre-advanced i'd say. What's even more incredible is that he attained this skill level in such a short span of time. Many of my dancer friends trained nearly 3-4 years to attain his level and some even more. It's very clear to see that he's a prodigy. His only clear weaknesses here are his toe points/bad arches (very common in men especially) and slightly sickled feet (pretty normal for kids with limited years in the discipline). With that said, I can clearly understand why his dance teachers were hesitant in letting him pursue the idol career. If Jimin continued his training he would have easily become one of the TOP professionals in the dancing realm. I also recently find out that one of the alumni from BHS became the first Korean to join Paris L'Opera Ballet, an established French ballet company and the oldest national ballet company.
He’s only far from being a TOP professional in the contemporary world….. his weakness is also not only that he has bad arches and sickled feet but also that his upper body especially his head is very stiff…. Also even though his technique is decent his lack of fluidity in his upper body makes him only a beginner-intermediate dancer….

I think this was really really important for improving his dancing skills, having a background on dancing since such a young age will make your body very flexible and just make you very skilled in doing all the moves and eventually becoming a very talented dancer.

As a contemporary dancer myself, I can see the influence on their Kpop careers, and that makes me love their dancing so much more.
