they do that in WW1. I don't know why it took DICE this long to implement it
Vito Scaletta cuz this is based a year or w before the war ended so that ment alot of gas was droppend and there was still roaming around so they had to put gas mask on
Horses fell out of favor early in the war it’s actually odd to see so many horses in game because while the horse casualties rivaled humans machine guns tore them to pieces in the first few years not many people were mounting up for old school cavalry charges in 1917. By then the only horses on the battlefield was the bloated rotting corpses.

Even though this was the final dlc, DICE wanted it to be memorable and boy they went though with it. Including the biggest battles as well, the music fits as well, showing how the war grew to be more like hell for both sides. And the monolog as well fits it. Wish they could done the same for 2042 tbh.

I was really getting into cod for a while but when I got back into BF1 it's just an experience you can't get from other games, so intense. Watching these trailers always give me chills!
You know, DICE should really add a campaign in BF1 where you could play on the side of the Central Powers. It feels to me like they're making the Germans "the bad guys".

Look it's a great dlc, then Spanish into it allows you to have an airsoft battle it also puts in new weapons that are very useful for trench combat situations. Furthermore it's called The Apocalypse because this DLC literally has people screaming in the loading screen when you respond.
I got premium pass yesterday. It was on sale for $12.50. Looks like I'll be getting this early!

Hanzo apocalypse is a reference to worst battles of ww1. Paschendale was the muddiest battle of ww1 while the Somme had the most losses .

but, don't you think that this DLC seems a bit too late at this point? Sure, it's not dead, but the hype behind it seems pretty tame now, especially a new BF will be coming out soon this year
Sure you can say the same argument to CoD, but regardless, they have a schedule they seem to complete while in BF, they seem to take their time, which can be a good thing, but only for BF and most FPS, people will probably focus on the future installments rather than an older version. And again, this is my opinion, this can be argued and I support it, so long as it isn't hateful. But as of now, that's how I see it.

Bryan Diaz people that like the game will continue playing it. i still play bf4 on a server with all the dlc maps. there's still a following that plays bf3, and bfbc2. think of any cod and there's people still playing those too. i personally will probably come back to bf1 a good amount if i'm in the right mood and may purchase premium for it soon because of that

I honestly prefer that they'd stick with no zombies because since rainbow six siege / call of duty and other titles put zombies doesn't mean Battlefield has to , Because even if they did i'd suggest them to do it like a horror mode were a horde of zombies are coming and very little HUD , Dark Atmosphere , Or MAYBE even make it not zombies but infected. People with shovels or knives and there isnt any HUD so you wont see them coming which is a chill down the spine xD

To me Battle field is the best for me. As far as first person shooters go it just feels over all more epic the any call of duty game I've played
GamingThug i played 2 cods bo3 was p2w as hell and cod ww2 was just inaccurate and laggy, unbalanced, unsync, very very very very bullshit, horrible game engine and shitty players i cant get a match with 5+ more kids yelling at me for hardscoping and hacking
S4LTYS34L While I agree that WW2 isn't that great, BO3 really wasn't that P2W. Even though there was unnecessary amount of MTX weapons, most of the base game weapons were much more powerful.
