A three that bounced off the rim & went in...a fumbled inbounds pass that should've been a foul...missed 3 then offensive rebound...and finally a made 3. If PHI don't win their 2 games at home I'll be surprised. Embiids knee is the question mark.

You need to go back to the game where the Knicks gave Philly one of their worst losses this season with Embiid playing. Big Ragu came from the 3 point line and took the rock when Brunson fumbled. That's what started it all.
Why even inbound the ball without calling a timeout. You get the ball at half court and have the entire court to play with if you don't inbound and just call timeout?!?! So funny how the players are complaining about the lack of a timeout when they didn't even need to inbound the ball and avoid that chaotic mess. And oh it would've helped but the 4 red shirts boxed out Harenstein who I obviously wanted that ball than anyone else.
If the Knicks are unable to set up to defend the inbounds, it is easier if a quick, open inbounds pass is available.

I saw the team that gave more effort at that moment, won the game. Talent needs to be followed by effort as well. Knicks wanted this more at the last, like minute of the game

I heard a couple NBA players talking about the inbounds play. They had a good point that Lowry should have waited until the ref handed him the ball to give the rest of the team time to get into position. The 5 seconds doesn't start until the inbounder is handed the ball. As soon as he grabbed the ball out of the net the 5 seconds to inbound started. The play preceding Brunson's 3 was a scramble. There was a loose ball and people were running all over and out of position. Besides not calling the timeout Lowry made it harder on himself by rushing the play.

Maxey is a very special, top 10 player, so is Embid but he's hurt. Always loved Lowery but he's almost 40 and him and rest of Sixers if on Knicks would play behind Precious 10th, Burkes 11th, and Sims 12th. 1. You call time out before inbound! 2 Maxey pushed off Hart before getting bullied by Jalen and Josh.

I blame coach Nick Nurse. He's an NBA championship coach in this league. He knows better than to make some of those God awful adjustments and moves that he made, particularly at the end. This was terrible

Why didn’t he call a timeout after the Brunson three to progress the ball?
It was a leadership gap, but the sixers shouldn't even be in this situation. They were up 5, they rushed inbounds play but also Hield is doing nothing. Bad effort from players and blaming refs. But it's on the sixers for thinking the game was over.
Now Knicks are going to Philly with momentum. And keep in mind, this was home court for nova boys a few years ago. I'm confident that something will click with Brunson in game 4 at Philly and he's going to figure out how to break through the blitz and go off.
As a Knicks fan.... your show has a new fan. You guys kept it 100 and real (for the most part). So tired of seeing all these philly fans blame the refs when there were so many questionable calls on both sides. Maxey definitely pushed off on Hart on that inbound play and that wasn't called either. I will say I disagree with Philly having better players though... After Embiid and Maxey, NY wins the next 5 or so players IMO... Hart, Mitchell Robinson, Hartenstein, OG... heck, if you look at Bojan's numbers in Detroit you could even say him. But, definitely Donte too if you look at his numbers and percentages since all the injuries. We got a team full of dogs that don't quit. Mad respect to Embiid, but I think they need to shut him down. Why risk his health when even if you guys beat the Knicks we all know there is no shot at a chip. Get that man healthy for next year!!
knicks will get to ECF this season. Beating boston will be tough but if Brunson heats up, I think yall can beat them in 7, im a clips fan. My team is in a dog fight with the mavs who are also elite. These playoff games will be great. May the best team wins n hopefully no more injuries.

Embiid is still a warrior and still scoring 30+ on 1 leg.. Maxey is killing still and nobody can stop him averaging 34pts in 2 games.. it is the other supporting cast of the Sixers players that have to step it up ! Brunson is 16-55 in both games.. Sixers got him in check defensively..

But one and a half players (Embiid is clearly at 50%) scored 70 of 101 points. No team is going to win playoff games with that kind of lopsided scoring.

@g.jameson3314 Yes... depending on the other teamates stepping up and trying to make an impact.. 2 of their key players have been injured since Dec/2023 (Melton & Covington) and Batum, Harris, Reed , Oubre , Hield have not stepped up to support ... If the Sixers bench players scored more or played better than the Sixers would of won both these games easy... That is not Embiid & Maxey's issue.. Also, there are a couple of other players on the bench that would be more impacting but don't get play time ( Council, Payne, KJ Martin Jr) . That is why Maxey & Embiid have to initiate and score that much more..
Lowry.. he missed the FT that would have put them up by 6 …. And being the veteran he is , made a bad inbounds pass to Maxey

He called timeout when they didn't have possession. When they had possession, he didn't call it.
It is only on Kyle Lowry since he has the most experience, he is a decision maker, nobody was near him, he has a ref near him, and he was HOLDING THE BALL. One of the refs has to look at him at some point.
He obviously didn't know the coaches wanted a time out. Its 100 percent on the coaches for the no time out. Its 100 percent on the players for getting out hustled.

You Guys are doing injustice to Brunson Holding Maxey, Let me Help you out. The Refs Made up their minds with seconds in the game left they are not bailing out anyone, the players are going to win the game. So yes Brunson does get a hold of the Jersey, HOWEVER, before that even occurred Makey blatantly pushes Josh Hart out of the play which is an OFFENSIVE FOUL but the Refs didn't call it because they were not bailing out players, if they were then the KNICKS would have had the ball before the play even began. So tell the Story Correctly. Oh yes and outside of Maxey and Embid the Knicks players are significantly better but you guys keep saying the Sixers are better well lets see, the KNICKS beat them in the Regular Season 3-1 so HOW ARE THEY BETTER!! THEY ARE NOT!!! The reason the game is even close is because we are balling with only 1 Star which tell you that the rest of the players are significantly better because Sixers have two stars scoring over 70 pts and still the game is Close close enough for the Knicks to win which tells me the Sixers are PERFORMERS not WINNERS!!

The coach, and (4) different 76er players called a time out during the span of that play. How do none of not catch that? Also, there were no foul calls during that time when they were obvious fouls. It was heartbreaking to watch.
If you rewatch it Nurse didn't call timeout until Maxey was on the floor and didn't have possesion. As for the fouls Maxey literally shoved Josh Hart to even get the inbound pass. Should have been an offensive foul but the Refs let is slide.
The coach was hesitating back and forth.
@@sgame82 NBA released the L2M report. It clearly indicates that refs should've call a foul on Brunson for tugging Maxey's jersey and Hart for tripping Maxey, all two on the inbound play. Maxey's "shove" was deemed marginal hence the no-call. Plus, it says Nurse should've been awarded a timeout... So at the end of the day, NBA admits the Sixers got hosed!!
@@sgame82 Maxey was fouled on the inbound and then fouled again. Play should of stopped there. If they end up calling the Josh Hart foul the most they get is two points and then we are tied. That's not to mention all the time outs that were called. There are video stills showing Nurse calling timeout while the ball is still in Maxey's possession. Either way, I think if you truly earn the win it (regardless of the team) it should never come down to one possession like that. Just heartbreaking to watch as a 76ers fan. Especially because the 76ers were up for most of the game too. Just brutal.
