There's a lot of opinions out there. People will constantly tell you what you "should" be doing. You should work less. You should take a break. You should go to the gym. You should, you should, you should.
I've recently been getting more and more exposed to the world of online trolling. It's been something I have to realize is a part of my growth in the content creation world. I have two options, decide that the comments of those I will never meet stop me from creating content and sharing my message or choose to ignore it and move forward.
