Moonlight makes some corals fluoresce transforming coasts into colored glows ,the world has been striped from its glory of joy all dimensions will be restored
It's funny the amount of footage in ocean documentaries that comes out of an aquarium. Like they're really out there on the reef eating processed coral pellets and giant piles of frozen mysis shrimp. Not to say that all of the footage is from a tank.
Yes, even the BBC does this. And chasing coral used tank footage. It's really hard to do this in the field. I cannot do that for many reasons. One is a lack of budget. I made this film with zero funds. Anyway, this is a free documentary so you can't ask for too much 😀.

Bizar mooie opnames Tim, zojuist voor de 2e keer gekeken! :) Worden sommige van deze shots hier in Wageningen op de unie gemaakt? Ga zo door, echt nog nooit zulke mooie opnames gezien van koraal in 4k!
Incredible short movie. Thinking that so few people have seen this, really makes me realise that such amazing productions exist and are not widely spread. Tim can I ask you what was the camera setup that you used?
Hi Christian, thanks for your kind words! For the time lapses, I used my good old Nikon D610 with 60 mm macro lens. Something I also used blue lights and a long pass filter, for the fluorescence work.
Thank you so much Tim for your reply. I’m trying to get my best from my camera ( Canon g7xmarkii) which I have from two years now, but I”ve never been able to fully dedicate on it. Since now I’m studying a scientific diver module at university, I’m approaching to use the camera in order to get good results. Thank you again 😁

Dank je Nando! Ik heb de meeste shots thuis gemaakt. Eentje heb ik op het lab in Wageningen geschoten, dat was de Tubipora.

@@christiancaruso8539 Good luck Christian!
Very nice but the sound effects are overdoing it alittle. I just wish theres just background music and very very little wound effect.
Thanks for your feedback.
this is ogly
Then watch my video instead of looking into the mirror.
See what Eden looks like
Where can I get a ticket?
A lot of time lapse of aquariums not a lot of actual reefs but good video anyway
That's true. This was made with a budget of one potatoe and an orange :-)
Now I know reef can eat each others
Yes they can!
See what Adam and eve lived and experience it
That would be a great experience indeed.
I AM
I am too.
I almost threw up from all the algae and animals
Use a big bucket and ask mommy to help you clean up after.
