- We drank almost 20,000 dollars worth of wine in two evenings. The five first growths Bordeaux, les premiers grands crus de Bordeaux, are they really tasty once they get aged? Chateau Margaux, Chateau Haut-Brion, Chateau Mouton Rotschild, Chateau Lafite Rotschild, Chateau Latour, are they worth the money?

우리는 5대 샤또의 명성이 진짜인 것을 피터를 통해 확인해 보고 싶었던게 아니었을까? 이 훌륭한 와인도 그 매력을 알아본 피터를 만나 좋고, 피터 역시 이 훌륭한 와인들을 맛보며 행복해하고. 피터, 너무 매력적이네요! 제이 역시 피터와 함께하는 좋은 시간들 이렇게 오래오래 함께 계속하길 바라겠습니다.

Jay, you outdid yourself with this one. I don't know how you can possibly top this show. Do you have another car or two? Peter is absolutely amazing. Noticing that he was not spitting out into his cup was classic. Listening to him talk about the subject of wine is like being in a master class. The program was exactly 23.38 and it was the best 23.38 that I have ever spent watching a program on RUclips. This should go into the Hall of Fame.
I love Peter's view about always learning. A MW with that much experience still humble enough to always be learning. Really amazing.

As a wine-drinking beginner, this channel is the only channel I genuinely enjoy and can't get enough of it, no pretentious snobby nonsense. Both Peter and Jay are absolute masters in wine tasting and I agree with Peter's principle. "If the wine is good, drink it now. don't believe in aging wine" I think this is the coolest attitude to enjoy wine. I learn a lot from your channel and Jay you are lucky to have such a knowledgeable and cool mentor. If I ever travel to the States, would love to have a hammered evening full of wine and good food in the stomach with you guys.
In the wine world there is such toxicity of snobby attitude, "oh if you want to have good wine, you can only get from Bordeaux's first growth, the rest are trash" it's really a breath of fresh air to see you both enjoy wine as it is intended for, for people to enjoy. good wine is a good wine, not of where it's from, how much it cost, or what's heritage.

I drank a Chateau Margaux 1988 last weekend. It was one of the best wines I ever tasted.

피터 선생님의 설명이 매력적인 이유는...수학 같아서랄까요. 수학처럼 논리적이고 근거도 충분하고 확실한데 또 수학에서의 직감처럼 경험의 직감이 설명에 같이 있어서 굉장히 집중이 잘 되고 흥미롭고 재밌어요.

Wow what a supremely interesting video!! That was very fun to watch! Peter said that he does not believe in aging wine, that's probably the only thing from that video that I found weird. Last summer we opened the last Tignanello from a 1999 case I had for almost 20 years in the cellar and I can't even begin to describe the immense beauty that this wine had developed in bottle during this time. Me and my wife ate only a prime ribeye and we still talked to this day how much I should have bought two cases instead of one. Although we kept it very simple it turned out to be one of the best tasting we've ever had. It was magical. I can't wait to do the same with the 2015, 16 & 17 vintages in 25-30 years if i'm still alive.
CRAZY! Now I need to wait one more week! For this video, I made sure to watch and not skip any of the ads hoping to cover some expense for you :)
