It adds cost and repair from wear to every vehicle, yet people rush around complaining of costs and ignore the easy and obvious money to be saved. So much more than just CPR like how to immobilize limbs, how to pack wounds, use a tourniquet, operate an AED, burn care and how to deal with a sucking chest wound. Nothing better than building your skills so you can handle anything that comes along.

Tonight on Michael Bordenaro YT channel he visited with a Florida neighbor who just bragged about his recent 4.55 million dollar home purchase. The new owner entertains us viewers with his take on how dropping another $100K on this house makes sense. He bought the home sight unseen with all cash and thinks he can flip it for another million or 2 once he is done with his upgrades. The owner carries no property insurance and seems unaffected by the taxes which will soon cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.
