However one of the field's conditions (standing water?) would not be conducive for planting so the farmer planted in another field and later sent in a request for approval for the planted field. SLED took upon itself to get all the fields designated illegal, seized them and destroyed them the same day of seizure. Hence not even an opportunity for a "post-seizure" hearing. Their actions throughout the entire process, prior and post have been egregious.

This is a very typical conduct by prosecutors and other judicial system actors. Make a outrageous claim/charge then delay. Reschedule until the victim takes a plea or stops because the attorney fees are getting outrageous.
There needs to something we can do but prosecutors have more Immunity then cops, it's almost absolute.

Or setting up people like Alex Murdaugh. Thy didn't do half the things I knew, when I was in my 20's. They didn't even take the u bend pipe in the sink, but said they think he cleaned off in the sink. They had no gun, he had no blood on him, they had nothing. But, said they found blood on his shirt, to get him convicted. That was a lie.

They think out hard earned tax payer money is a joke. They think our economy is a joke and they can do whatever they want. Our Forefathers would be disgusted in these disgraceful people.

Just think folks, this happens everywhere in every special drug task force. They pick the ones most willing to act above the law to fill those teams
