    That starter is toast. Rest of the car is decent, though

    I don't think the transmission shift was originally on the floor? Does this have the 2 cycle or the v4? maybe someday.....

      I think it's a Sonett III because of the popup headlights, so it would have the V4. Also, at 7:57, you can see the distributor, bottom center of the screen. The four wires confirms that it is in fact the Taunus V4.

      nah dude there were only 6 of the original open top Sonetts in the 50s. Sonett IIIs are much more common and with "much more" I mean still super rare.
