These are a life saver for me. Will be RVing full time and not always at a campground. Always have my coffee in the morning and can cook on small electric grill with 400 Yeti! Great video
LOVE #GOALZERO PRODUCTS! GREAT QUALITY…. I own the #yeti1000x and #6000x , run my yeti for over 2 years and got my money back I would have spent otherwise… but my electrical rate in California is CRAZY HIGH… every year they find new ways to raise my electrical rate or calculate some new fee”s…. Beast decision I’ve made was to get a yeti…. And now don’t have no more lost food when the power goes out for 2-3 days… THANKS #CALIFORNIA!!!
I have a few Goal Zero products already, including the Yeti 1000, but I can't see in the video if the Dometic is running from an AC power outlet or a DC power outlet; would you clarify for us? Which is the more efficient method? (Love this Yeti Powers Series of videos) 😃
So basically it's $1100 for a $100 tiny little 100ah 12v lead acid battery and a $100-$300 full sine inverter with some fancy packaging and a run time display for people who don't understand how to build their own power systems?
Well it's lithium so you can drain it almost completely as opposed to lead acid which you can only drain to 60% before you start running into issues, so you're already talking 2x the useable power storage. It also has solar plug ins/regulator and other ins/outs as well as yeah, a decent user interface to go with that great inverter. Definitely priced for convenience, certainly, but if you wanna haul your battery bank around with you this is a pretty nifty option (I use it for filmmaking and it powers all my lights and other gear sufficiently in one box without the noise of a generator, which is how we used to do it and that was a nightmare).

I use a Dometic Waeco CF35 and you can run it directly from the 12V socket ..... and it runs beautifully.

What mini-fridges do you recommend to work with Goal Zero batteries / solar panels?
