The actual music video is just chaos. With cameos from two very well known actors.
I will give you a heads up. Stray Kids have been making music since they debut in 2018 with their song District 9. (Actually before that. They released a video during a survival show that they went through to show they could debut as one group. It's called Hellevator & was released in 2017 but officially re-released in 2018) But at the time they were a 9 member group. One member left for personal reasons in late 2019, so if you do end up watching any videos from before then you will see 9 people. I did see a few song recommendations from when he was still in the group. So I figured to give you a heads up. (We don't really talk about him. He left in a very messy way, toxic fans started nasty rumors after he left, and a lot of emotional pain resulted from his exit.) Some people talk about him, some don't. Some get very mad. I just provide a tiny bit of info so new people aren't confused & ask questions that get nasty answers.
Anyways. Stray Kids have a wide variety of genres in their musical discography.
Want something soft? Youtiful, #LoveSTAY, or Eternity are good songs to listen to.
Want something more rock like? Lonely St, Mixtape: Time Out, or LALALALA (Rock version) are great to listen to.
Want Hip Hop? Easy, Topline, or Heyday are right up your ally.
Want something with a unique sound? Side Effects, Venom, or The Tortoise And The Hare are great starters.
Want something to bounce to in a club? Miroh, Get Lit, or JJAM will get you moving.
Want something to help you feel uplifted? Blueprint, Grow Up, or Comflex have some real things to help you get your head right.
Stray Kids have over 180 songs to choose from. Have fun exploring their sound. (And yes. They have a Japanese song called The Sound.)

Yes there is a music video for Chk Chk boom, you have to check it out ❤️🔥

ChkChk Boom was something new for them, a genre they haven’t explored before and that’s why it sounds different than their usual sound I guess.
    But it’s still 🔥
I highly recommend Venom, Freeze, Thunderous, Megaverse, Topline, Maniac to name just a few bangers. They have sooooo many amazing B sides that don’t have a music video. If you decide to go on this crazy Stray Kids journey you will have the time of your life. Trust me

Felix capivates most people and pulls them in and then all of a sudden, you actually get into their music and you're blinded by everything from their face cards to their personality and their music. Starts as curiousity and then becomes an obsession 😔. No one's gonna judge you for not liking a song as much as another one. If you like their music though, you're welcome to join us stays, with open arms. You can always try some of their less energetic music (not that it's not energetic at all) such as DLC, Get Cool, or The Sound! 😆

It's totally cool if it's not your favorite. Again, you've only heard two of their songs and what you are going to start to realize is that their massive variety in song styles from piece to piece, album to album, is one of the things that makes them unique. They have songs that are reminiscent of 90's rap/hip hop, they have ballads, they have straight pop, they have hard rock... They really cover it all. Some songs are clap-backs to the haters, some are love songs to STAY! Some are even straight up Christmas songs! Not every song is gonna hit the same way and some you're gonna love and some you're going to appreciate for what they are and then it's on to the next. For me there are definitely a few that didn't click with me at first but the more I hear them the more I love them. Definitely watch the MV to this, it adds so much.
I agree that often the first bias people claim in SKZ is either Felix and/or Hyunjin. So many people are introduced to SKZ because they saw something about one of them on TikTok or a short or something of that nature so people are sort of instantly drawn to their particular skills and aesthetics. However I also think that a lot of STAY who dig further into Stray Kids, especially looking past the music into the survival shows and SKZ Code, etc, discover that they are drawn to the overall personality of other members. I was initially snared by the Felix Effect, as well, but it turns out my ult bias is Han and my wreckers are Bangchan and Changbin! I love all of the members but I particularly love the spirit, leadership, and charisma of 3RACHA and Han is something really special.
Check out "Thunderous"! It's a wild ride!

You should just make a video reacting all the recommendations in batches. Because there is ALOT of content from stray kids. You just touched the surface of the surface of their work.
The video you reacted to is just the choreography video. So it’s only showing their dancing. They do MV’s and then they also for some songs will put out a choreography video to showcase just the dancing for that song for the audience to be able to just focus on the dancing to see what it looks like without all the editing. It’s best to just watch those videos without the captions on because it will keep you focused on the dancing only. So you didn’t click on the actual music video. You actually skipped over it. Lol. Because it actually shows what you’re wanting to see. I also recommend to watch lyric videos first to get what they are singing/rapping about, then watch the MV (if there is one for it) to focus on the visuals of the MV so you are able to catch all of the visuals. And then if you’re wanting to see just the choreography of what it looks like, to watch their choreography videos.
There is too much going on in the MVs and choreography videos to try and read captions while watching the videos.
    Hope this helps more.

Welcome to “Stayville”! I wanted to address a couple of things not covered in other comments. True it is an eight member group, and while all of them sing, rap, dance and compose, they are broken into three subunits which focus on various aspects of their music and production. 3Racha is the production subunit that does most of the writing and producing so not all eight are involved in writing every song. Dance Racha is the dance, choreo and visual subunit and vocal Racha, the 2 youngest members who are “ lead” vocalists, (they could all qualify as such). This song was primarily done in collaboration with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, (mutual fans), to cross market with the Deadpool movie release. As a result, it is short and a little more generic in sound production than what they usually put out. They are quite unique, so I encourage you to check out more. I look forward to watching your journey.

chk chk boom is the tamest skz song honestly.. most of their songs are more chaotic (controlled chaos) like god’s menu but this recent song.. i dunno they seems kinda experimenting to be more “easy listening”.
from this album i prefer “jjam” and “mountains”.. i recommend u to watch the mv of those two songs.
    my other recommendation:
    - thunderous (i even prefer this than god’s menu)
    - miroh
    - side effects
    - double knot (my all time fav)
    - sclass
    - item
those songs are in the similar category as god’s menu. whereas chk chk boom is kinda different species.. too public friendly to my liking..

Great reaction, some time check out a guide. Each member is unique and has something they excel at but all are talented in all areas! My favorite videos are Thunderous, Top line, Lalalala and Christmas EveL. Absolutely obsessed with their stages and content throughout the competition show called Kingdom Legendary War. (With 5 other groups which are all great and unique so the whole show is amazing)
Members in age order along with their sub group. The sub groups are 3-racha (main rappers and these guys do the bulk of song writing and producing), dance-racha and vocal-racha which are self explanatory. Racha comes from sriracha HOT sauce.
    BANG CHAN-Leader/3racha. LEE KNOW-Dance racha. CHANG BIN-3racha. HYUNJIN-Dance racha/visual. HAN-3racha. FELIX-Dance racha/low voice. SEUNGMIN-Vocal racha. I.N.-Vocal racha

Thank you for your reaction. Definitely check out MV. On your own time if you wish. I think because of the Latin groove it's smoother so may appear tamer than their usual chaos. Hope you check out thunderous lalalala. Megaverse they just released a new Japanese album. Title track Giant is amazing. They also have ost for Deadpool Wolverine called Slash and a ost with young Miko for arcane s2. Would love for you to check out lyric videos for those. They are also intro and outro songs for tower of god - top and slump for seasons one and night and falling up for season two. Look forward to the next one
